Transaction August 13 2021 I paid 3000. 00 This company supposed to have given my mom a roof that I was paying for but never did The roof supposed to be done but no roof and damage happened in home due to no roof. Company got someone to fix a whole in the living room without fixing the roof. It was a lot of excuses and I was trying to give the owner the benefit of the doubt due to the pandemic. We have communicated but no results. He and his wife did come to house on September 2nd and took pics and asked for me to give him until the 15th or 16th and I did state if he wasn't there to just give my money back which I have said a few times. The 15th came and I called and he said he would be there on the 16th around 12pm or a little later but he never showed and he never would call me back until the next week claiming he misplaced his phone but he didn't want to give me anymore excuses so he said he would be there the following week. The week of September 26th 2022, my mom started calling as well as myself due to Hurricane Ian was coming. I did call on the 29th and instead of him calling, he got his wife to call and state that he would be there first the in the morning and I asked even in the rain and she stated yes that he had everything he needed but he never showed and the spot that he got fixed collasped in the living again as a bigger hole. It has been leaking in living and bedroom. My mom called on 10-1-22 and he apparently asleep and asked my mom was that all the damage and that he would call back but never did, so I texted and stated I know my mom called you this morning. You never called back and you have never shown an interest of doing anything for my mom's roof, so I just want my money back, so I can just start calling around next week to get my mom's house right!! My mom nor I have heard from anyone. No resolution, no communication.
