            Sunroom built by Southern Leisure Builders was finished on October 21, 2021. Leaks developed at the bottom of the wall and in the roof July 8, 2022. Company has been notified repeatedly and has only fixed the leak in the roof. They have refused to answer calls, email, or schedule the repair. They offer a lifetime warranty (documented on their site) as well as the **** warranty for product. This is an installation fault, whether it be improper caulking, improper laying of foundation, I don't know and frankly I don't care. I just want the lifetime warranty upheld and the leak fixed as the longer it goes, the more damage it is doing. I have sent an email requesting copy of contract for possible arbitration, but again complete silence from the company, Again, I'm just trying to get my sunroom fixed, and 55 days is a bit excessive.

            We absolutely love our screened in porch. We got the easy breezy windows also. They are amazing. Anyone thinking about getting a screen porch should consider these windows. It is like an all seasons room for us now.I will admit our project started off a bit slow in the beginning with some lack of communication. However, Southern Leisure came through and when the job finally started it was completed in less than 2 days. The workers were professional, courteous and very clean. They kept us posted when they were leaving and when they were coming back. The job was completed very quickly and we are completely satisfied. We have had to follow up calls to see how we like the addition. We've also had our salesman and *** come out to inspect the room and make sure everything was good. I would highly recommend this company if you're looking for it addition to your home.**** and ********************* Carolina ******* subdivision ********, **
