STAY AWAY!! ********** owner.. got a horrid tattoo last week. When I spoke up I got shut down and he gave me an attitude promised me it would be beautiful it is supposed to be a dog paw in a hand was supposed to be my forearm it was a quarter of that and it looks like a tree branch went elsewhere to a reputable shop and I have to pay to get it covered up from a professional artist unlike *****. I tried to ask for some compensation he refused and said he would try to fix it no way no thank you you're not touching me. He told me that I have mental issues. Coming from somebody that spent 10 years in jail!! I just want to warn others to stay away from the shop don't go through what I went through. He even talked down to his employee. He has a terrible attitude towards everyone. Do your homework people. I wish I would have. After all that I paid $500 with $200 deposit upfront. Not to mention the customer service in the whole shop was ungodly for the beginning I should've known better. Again everyone I'm just trying to warn people that don't get screwed like I did.

    ********,
From the beginning we worked with you hand in hand. You came in for a consultation, spoke with *****, told him what you wanted, and he took pictures and notes. The trouble began with you when you had to be rescheduled due to ***** getting Covid-19. From that point, you began asking for compensation for the minor inconvenience of being rescheduled. You began to harass our staff about not contacting you after you have received both your consult, and then the notification that you had to be rescheduled due to his sickness. You began hounding us about contacting you and being unprofessional when from the beginning we had been transparent with you. When your date finally came, you were shown the design which you approved of, then choose the size of said tattoo for your own arm. We bought you lunch, you sat and laughed with ***** and your friend who accompanied you. You told the shop that ***** reminded you of your son and how much you loved him. You were excited about your piece showing everyone and telling them how great it is. You tipped ***** at the end of it all and set another appointment. Leaving happy and with a smile we thought we had dodged a bullet with a hard to please client. We were wrong. You then returned to our business and despite being offered several options to pacify you despite there being nothing wrong with the artwork, you began to demand more compensation. In short you are a tattoo shop hustler. You aren't the first person to pay for a luxury design and try and figure out a way to bamboozle money out of the hard working people that serviced you. Throwing mud at peoples past also shows how immature and passive aggressive you are as a person. Regardless of *****'s past that was 16 years ago, not sure how any of that is applicable now. Maybe it would be best for you to seek some professional help as you are obviously either impossible to please or have issues you're not dealing with. God speed.
