On 6/24/2022, I was contacted by a caller who said that they were conducting a survey about the quality of water in my home. I was informed that for participating in the survey, my name would be entered in a drawing for a gift card. On 6/25/2022 I was informed that I was selected to participate in a free water quality test and if I participated for this test, I would be given a $100 gift card. On 6/27/2022, a water quality specialist came to my home and performed a free 45 minute water quality test. After the test, the technician gave me a Dining Dough (www.diningdough.com) DISCOUNT COUPON and NOT a gift card, with $100 worth of savings at participating restaurants. After the test, the business offered to install a >$9000 water treatment system in my home, to which I declined. Saying that they were going to give me a gift card for participating in a free water quality test rather than a discount coupon is a blatant misrepresentation! I have called a couple of times to speak to someone about this misrepresentation, but so far I have not been called back to resolve the issue.
