David Is a really hateful older gentleman. He hung up the phone on me and refused to complete my field inspection. He decided he wanted to show up 30 mins before our scheduled time and got upset that no one was present. I do not recommend. Find another company to complete your field inspection draws.

I own Field Inspection Services. My company has been open for 8 years and never had a complaint. This entry by ****** ***** is almost completely fictitious. I am a Commercial Field Inspector. I had an order to visit a property for a Bank Inspection where she was the point of contact for the location. I had already visited this property once before in recent weeks and gained access to it through a lockbox at the site and successfully completed a bank report on the same location with no issue. This location is vacant. There was never any arrangement to meet someone here for this inspection. The property was to be accessed by lockbox by myself and left after getting a comprehensive set of pictures around the outside and inside for my bank report. This property is under renovation and the person filing this complaint is taking draws on construction funds as needed to complete this renovation project. When I arrived at this location for this second construction draw inspection site visit I found the lockbox wide open and the key had been removed from it and the property was locked up with no access to the inside which means the bank inspection here could not be successfully completed. I called ****** ***** to explain the situation and she indicated that a contractor that was working there at the same time had left with the key to go to the hardware store. I initially offered to wait for his return so I could finish the inside portion of this inspection, but in conversation with her about the situation she got extremely rude so I told her I was moving on to my next inspection on my calendar that day and would not be able to compete this one. A short time later she sent me a profane text message which I did not respond to. It is unfortunate that any Lender would have her as a customer or that any Field Inspection Representative would have to deal with anyone so petty and disrespectful. While this is probably not the traditional response to a complaint of this nature I do not allow inconsiderate people to talk about me or my business this way. I found her to be seriously lacking in good character and she is not someone I am interested in reconciling with on this matter.
