I purchased a dryer with a 90 day guarantee. The dryer had a terrible squeak. He cam eo fix and said her brought the wrong part. Sprayed it with WD-40 and it didn't do a think. Said he would bring the other part back the next day. After waiting a day I tried to contact them and no response. After the third day he finally called me back. Said he would bring another dryer instead of replacing the part on the one I had. A couple of days later after several calls not answer he brought another dryer. Thos dryer now shuts off after about a 20 to 30 SECOND run. Can't dry my laundry. He tells me he will be there to fix it the next day. I set up someone to be at my place for delivery. He never showed nor called. I called and on the fourth day he calls me back and informs me that he does what he says and IF he was not going to fix my dryer he would not call me back and just let me deal with the problem. He hasn't been with a new dryer and he will not return my calls or text messages. All I wanted was the guy to do as he said he would do. Horrible customer service to say the least. I will see him in small claims court
