              RGT was recommended to us by our insurance company after our house fire in September 2022. After we were initially told it should only take 6-7mnths to complete, we didn't move back in to our home until October 2023. Communication was very lacking in the beginning until we got our insurance company involved again and they were about to give us a new contractor. We told insurance to hold off on the new contractor because we were so far into the project, but in hindsight we now realize we should have accepted the new contractor. We have been in the house for almost 3 months now and are having so many issues with the quality of work done. The house was only 1 1/2 yrs old before the fire and we did not have any issues with the house or quality before the fire. Now with the repairs, we have crown molding separating from each other and the wall, several nail pops, and the paint job quality looks like a 2yr old did it. I am in the process of contacting my insurance to request that they not use them on any other customers and to see what we can do to get our issues address because I do not feel confident in getting RGT to fix them!! I dont even feel they deserve a 1 star rating.
