Went to **************** GoHealth Urgent Care, Wilis, Tx ***** twice June 2 & June 7th - Was charged $60 for each visit My insurance Aetna paid both invoices in full I requested a refund for those out of pocket costs ~ The 1st payment was refunded on 6/24 The 2nd payment has been requested over and over and over Each time I am promised that this payment request has been escallated and that I would receive my refund very soon. I call repeatedly! I email repeatedly! Just give me my stupid $60.00!Customer response

I went to Novant GoHealth in ************ ** on Friday 1/26/2024. I was sent to ER because they could not assist me AFTER they took my copayment of $120. They said I would recieve a refund. A couple weeks went by and no refund. I called 2 separate times in February and both agents said they took care of refund. Still no refund. I emailed GoHealth customer service and they told me they retained $50 for a service in 2022 without approval from me or supplying a bill. I've never recieved a bill or a collections bill. I also looked into my bills with ****** and *************** and there were no bills aside from the current ER bill that I have set up payments for. Now I have to wait another 5-7 business days for a refund that was supposed to be issued in full on 1/26. It is now 3/7/2024.Customer response

Date of Service - 12/16/2021 Credit Card Charged on 12/17/2021 for $70 ($35 x @ 2) Insurance EOB indicates that I owe $0 for visit I have contacted GO Health numerous times and have been promised refund each time with no payment so far. I have been in touch with them since 4/2022 with no resolution. I have documents of support, but unfortunately it will not allow me to upload as they are emails.
