I purchased 4 deep cleans from Jensuco Cleaning and only received one of them. I was told by the business "I’m sorry we will no longer be cleaning here My employees do not feel comfortable They have have comments that have made them very uncomfortable and do not want to return As well the comments that we have received on our end in message In part We wish you the best but prefer to part ways Thank you again for the opportunity" Even though I rarely spoke to any of them save to answer questions or to make sure things were getting done correctly. The remaining 3 should be refunded unless the business is just out to defraud those who expect services rendered to match what was described. If this isn't resolved this way I will pursue action in small claims court and seek not only the refund but also all legal fees as well as my time being reimbursed for having to file it that way.Customer response

I paid for this cleaning company to come help me get my house back in order on October 26th. The scheduled the clean for November 3rd. That day came and they cancelled right before they were supposed to show up because one of their employees was sick... Okay fine, people get sick.... They said they would schedule me for the next week. I asked what day so I can plan ahead.... They ignored my message for 8 days. They finally answered after I requested my money back and said they scheduled me for the 22nd & wouldn't be refunding me... The 22nd came, No show.... No message.... No call.... Nothing. It took me hours to get an answer and they finally said they weren't coming but agreed to come the next day. The 23rd 3 young girls showed up and did an absolutely horrendous job. They had a list of everything that needed to be done provided by their employer and 90% of that was not done and the other 10% was done very badly the house look the same when they left as it did when they came in. Apparently one of my children peed in the bed the night before and they just made the bed over it and didn't even tell me. The floors were still dirty, literally nothing was done correctly. I immediately contacted them through their Facebook page which is the only contact I have with them. They agreed to refund my money. They then BLOCKED ME and didn't refund me. Because they blocked me I can't leave a review on their page and I don't even have my money back. This is shady and a disgusting way to do business.
