I purchased a camper for this business less than a year ago and I have had nothing but problem after problem. The windows and cubby doors leak, one inside door doesn't close properly, the electric water heater has never worked, only gas works. I have had to fix several water pipes due to them leaking. It has been one problem after another.Business response

We have not had any open work orders, calls for service appointments, questions about issues from ******************** since July 2022. We did receive an email on Saturday 12/31 from ******************** for a service request stating the same thing he stated to you. We called ******************** on Saturday, left a voicemail, and sent an email Saturday as well. We don't know there is a problem, until we know there is a problem. We reached out to ******************** to assist the same day he requested service.Initial Complaint

I purchased a brand new pull behind camper in February. When we went to pick it up they told us that the bathroom cabinet door had fallen off and put a hole in the shower wall. They promised to get the manufacturer to send the replacement panel and replace it. We have not been contacted yet by the dealer and we've tried to contact them multiple times. At this point it is June 1 and we still have a hole in the shower and no appointment yet to get it fixed. It is written on all the sales documents that they would fix it and now they seem to be avoiding us.Business response

We have not avoided *************. We do have parts on order, unfortunately, we are at the mercy of when the factory receives the parts, then they ship to **. Last conversation with ************* was that they did not care when the parts came, they were bringing the camper back and it will become our problem. I hope that doesn't happen as we will have no choice but to let the bank know where it is parked if they stop making payments on the camper. We have spoken to the customer between service and parts and the salesperson they purchased from.
