We contacted Just In Time Plumbing to install a walk in shower at our home. They assured us that they have been doing this professionally for many years and that the job would cost $1,100. On October 21st they arrived and did the job. We even as first time home buyers could clearly tell that it was not installed properly. The walls were not even nor water tight, snd the pan was not seated evenly as well. We were also not informed that they could not put up shower doors until after the job was completed and our money was taken. After complaints about the completeness of the work they sent out the same plumber on the 29th of October and he redid the job. Although it looked better there were still major problems. The shower walls were not adhered to the bathroom walls and the pan was still uneven thus preventing installation of the doors. We called again asking for a refund because of the work being incomplete a second time. They proceeded to refuse to give out a refund and they notified us that because the plumber used a specific adhesive our warranty was now void. The plumber used this of his own accord and we were not informed this would void the 1 year warranty that they provide. These are not stated in any of their terms and conditions or FAQ pages because they do not have either. Because of this there was no possibility that we would know what he did would violate our warranty. They were not professional and 4 associates on their end of the phone routinely talked over us and were disrespectful to us, our shower (calling it cheap and flimsy), and our home. They lied to us about the identity of the owner saying it was ****** even though it is not. They blamed their poor work on the age of the house even though they service the old homes all around ****** county. The plumber came once more to inspect the shower on the 26th of November and we have not heard back from them since. Overall we are extremely dissatisfied and feel we deserve a full refund.

****** called our office and asked if we could give her a Quote on installing a Customer Provided Walk-in Shower. ************** **** went to give them a Quote where he met with ******'s Father. **** also stated to her Father that we did not install shower doors which was later disputed. October 21, 2022 we installed her walk-in shower which was a challenge due to the house being older and floors being unlevel and walls being uneven do to home settling over the years. The customer was informed of this. Rough-in Crew installed the shower, ****** was also informed that the shower walls were very thin making it difficult to attach to the wall. When the job was complete ****** stated she was happy with the work. **** who installed the Shower also informed them that they could not use the shower for the first 24 hours which they admitted later that they had used it the evening it had been installed. ****** called on November 2, 2022 and said around the base was not sealed and the Trim Line was not even (which is due to unlevel floors and uneven walls) so we returned on November 5, 2022 and addressed the problem. Once again they stated they were happy after the second visit. ****** called  November 7, 2022 and stated she had a main stop up, so we quoted her for a new sewer line, which she agreed to and scheduled. As we got closer to the date to install new sewer line she had called and stated she did not have enough money to replace sewer line and was wondering if there was a temporary  and cheaper fix for the sewer line issue. ****** called and said that ****** Shower Door installer was there and could not install doors because shower was not level, she wanted a refund or we could take it off the price of sewer line. We explained we would come out and check shower, that the only fix was going to be to lay more concrete under shower to make level, which we offered to do. When we arrived to install sewer line ****** stated she didn't want the sewer line installed.

I am rejecting this response because: They did not offer to lay concrete to fix the problem as we have not heard back from them since the 25th of November when **** came to look at the shower. If the walls were not even and the floor was hard to work with then the professional would not have done the work to begin with because they knew it wouldnt come out adequate. This response did not address our refund, our warranty, nor what they would do to resolve our issue. None of what the business is saying is in writing and is a light on how business is done there. We the customers are dissatisfied and deserve either a refund or for the job to be completed in its entirety.

We did offer to lay concrete when we had our conference call. We explained we would have to come out and evaluate the shower. Our Tech **** explained what would have to be done to fix the problem as best as it could be fixed. The customers never contacted our office to move forward. From the beginning we had informed the customer that this would be a challenge to install this shower and they still wanted us to move forward which is why we did so. We have no problem fixing any problem to the best of our ability considering the challenges we are dealing with. However the last 2 times we have been out there regarding work on the Shower, the customer has stated that they were happy with the work until a month later. We have no problem trying to fix the problem but do feel that a refund is unfair when customer had stated they were happy and we have tried to work with them on this matter.Thank you!

Oct 18 2018 they put in a new water heater for us. They installed the water lines reversed. I didnt discover this until September 12 2022. We began getting leaks and things continually were breaking on our geothermal heating and air system which ties into the hot water heater. By doing this they increased the pressure of the house from 50 to 73 psi. I called repetitively asking for the owner talking to different people. *** said he would call. He didnt. **** said he would call. He didnt. His wife was very impolite and hung up on me then ignored my phone calls. I even told them i wasnt worried about the money that i paid replacing the parts on the geothermal unit because of their mistake. But i wanted the owner to come out and see what has happened and fix everything that was messed up and leaking. But they didnt want to do that. Instead they wanted to make things extremely hard on me. So i went to ****** heating and air and spoke with ***** who installed the geothermal unit and he printed off receipts for parts they are responsible for. So now they can pay for those to. I just want them to fix what they messed up. They are being horrible. I hope they arent like this always when they mess up.

On October 19, ********************************************************************************* basement for ***************************. We returned on September 1, 2022 to adjust the Water Pressure which he decided he did not want us to do.He became very rude and started cussing our Tech.On September 12, 22, *************************** came to our office upset and said we messed up his Water Heater that we installed 4 years ago. He also stated that he had 2 other plumbers out to his house to look at the water heater, but did not produce any proof or documentation of this. If he did, that voids our Warranty due to not knowing what they did  to the water heater. He demanded that the Owner be at his house at 4:30 and then threatened that if he was not there, things would get worse. I explained to him that the Owner was out of town. He called back and was rude stating i was blowing him off and i assured him i had left a message with the Owner but because he was traveling at the moment he had not gotten back to me yet and as soon as i heard from the Owner, I would call him back. At 4:00pm on September 12, 2022, I called ****** to confirm that the Owner would not be able to meet him at 4:30 that evening. He said that was ok and I told him the Owner would contact him the following day. On September 13, 2022, The following day, he called the office and started cussing, threatening. I had to call and file a Police Report on him because of the threats. On September 14, 22, he came to our office  and sat in our parking lot until our employees showed up for work, at that point started getting rude with one of our employees. So he was asked to leave. We do have video footage and documents of his behavior towards our company. In 4 years he never called us and informed us that he thought we installed his water heater wrong. We do not feel comfortable sending anymore of our employees to his house due to his unstableness.

I am rejecting this response because:  they are manipulating the situation. Why havent I  received a call from the owner *********************** at any point during the time that this happened other than you ignoring me. The wife of *********************** doesnt need to be around customers.

      Sincerely,
