This company is horrible. ZERO stars would be more accurate. They don't answer when you call. They have gone up in rent 2 years in a row. First time 10 dollars but 2nd time was 100 dollars and it's ridiculous. They charged me twice for someone coming to remove their refrigerator because I brought my own. When there maintenance people have keys and there was someone here anyways. 50 dollars to change locks on each door. Was told at first I could change my self as long as I provided them a key, but after I moved in was told I couldn't. 75 dollars just to have a trampoline for my kids to play on. 100 dollars for misuse of emergency line even though it was emergency. They find ways to charge for everything and it's ridiculous. They are crooks for all of their fines and deposits. And rent increases when they are already high on rent. I can't wait to move out of here. I got moved out and they are trying to say I didn't turn keys in on 30th when I did. So they trying to charge for a whole month of rent that I don't owe. I turned in my 30 days notice like they want and they still try and s**** you. I left 2 pieces of trash in house and their fee to remove was 350 dollars. Actually took time to clean place as well. They owe me 520 dollars and I'll never see it because they are crooks. And I would highly recommend no one ever use this company.

My name is **********************************If I could give no stars, I would. I moved into this community on June 2021. I have had some issues with this place, but this latest one takes the cake. It is a maintenance issue. My daughter's bathroom flooring was worked on before. The guy they sent to fix it did a very bad job. I asked a flooring expert, who I paid myself to come to fix her floor. When he pulled up the previous work, he discovered he had left the bad floor under the plywood he had put down. The insulation is hanging down because of it. The floor had to be done because there was a water leak. I also had to get fixed myself because they didn't send anyone to fix it. This is very upsetting because I pay my rent on time each month. I do not give these people any problems. I am currently working on cleaning my yard up, which is my only violation. I had other problems I cared for myself because they would charge me anyway, so why not do it myself. Asking for things to get done shouldn't be a hassle. If you expect your tenants to do their part, they must also do their part. I could go on and on about this business. They don't run a good business.
