I have been having a hard times telling the other parties on the lines that I can't find the parking space and nobody response when I send an email to *********************** letting them know I send written notice to cancel my agreement and also spoke to them on the phone and just hung up on me and also left voice mail through relay service for deaf and hard of hearing services. I am not going to pay for a space when I can't even find it and nobody wouldn't tell me where it is at. I left email to have this agreement effective September 21 to be cancel to *********************** and no response back since.Business response

We have fully refunded the tenant. We did try to direct the tenant to the parking space. At this facility, the parking is a free for all so tenants are welcome to park where they would like. At this point, we do apologize the tenant had issues locating but have refunded all payments in full.
