I had gave a $300 deposit for an apartment at Cambridge oaks to this lady name ****** She havent gave me back my deposit its been 3 weeks and she keep telling me upper management have to send me a deposit and it will take 5-7 business days but its been three weeks and I have called multiple times to get upper management number to speak to them but she stated she couldnt give me their information. Last week (May 20th) she said she reached back out to the accounting person and it will be 5-7 days and she didnt know when I will receive it. I just want my deposit back. For the past two years weve consistently gone without maintenance and management for months at a time. Which has resulted in losing rent money, not having anyone to contact in emergency situations such as roof leakage that lead to two families going days without power for three days without being aware of the severity of the incident the regional manager voiced that she felt the fire **** overreacted and explained shed been doing this for years after I tried to explain the potential hazard of electrical fires. I was only offered half on the next months rent due to this inconvenience, but the damage has yet to be fully repaired. *** contacted the regional manager and left voicemails three times regarding not having heat in my unit where my asthmatic three year old and five year old with reactive airway disease reside with me whom are becoming sick since it is cold outside as well as in our unit and Ive yet to hear back or receive maintenance services. Our apartment complex has not been able to receive mail since October 3, 2022 because the mailbox was broken into and the post office has not been able to contact anyone regarding repairing it. Ive dealt with fraudulent activity and having other tenants receive my mail since this incident has taken place. Our leases have expired since we havent had management to renew them and are now being rushed to do so without fulfilling prior requests.
