      Due to an service necessary message on my ******* Printer, I searched the ******* website to locate a service center. CDS Networks & Services, Inc. was listed as the nearest to *********, NC and was located in Kinston, NC. I contacted the company to determine if it was worth servicing the printer and they indicated it would take a couple of parts and to service to maintain the printer. The message on the printer was "Ink Absorber Near Full". The printer was fully functional but would soon require the correction noted. The individual indicated that if the parts came in it might be ready the first of the week. My call was on March 28th. My wife carried the printer to the business, and all was good. I called on April 6th, just to see if maybe it was ready, and it was indicated to me that they had been busy, and would be worked on soon. I called back on April 8th, and was told that health problems were involved with the service technician, and this had delayed work to be completed on the printer. However, I was assured that the technician would be back on Tuesday, April 12th, and the printer would be priority that day. I did not hear back from the business and I called on April 14th. I was told that the reason for the printer service required was completed, however the paper feed was not working. They confirmed that this was functioning when the printer was brought in printer and would be corrected. However the technician has other priorities and had not had time to fix this issue. No time was given for the work to be completed. I called again on April20th, and again the excuse was other service calls. I was then told by the technician that I could come get the printer, Pay $48 something, and take the printer as is. I called the next day to confirm what was said and these people got nasty no date was given for completion. I told them that they had one choice. To take the printer and ..... I would not pay for a printer which worked before.
