            I was given a ***** **** card as a Christmas gift. When I went to use it at a ***** in a neighboring town, I was told that the card had never been authorized. The person that purchased and gave me the gift card states that she is unable to locate the receipt and that it was paid for with cash. I contacted ***** who agreed with me that the gift card had never been authorized but have failed to help me since I did not have a receipt and the supermarket that the card was purchased form had a sign up stating to contact ***** customer service for any issues with the cards. I basically feel like I have been getting the run around and all it takes is to look into the total revenue for the date my card was purchased and their batch out should be in the positive for at least $50, which was the amount of my gift card. I’m not the only customer this has happened to, hence why the sign was put up stating to call customer service.
