I trusted since you and your company were referred to me that we didn’t have to be concerned with the quality of the finished product. Based on the two attempts at finishing the hardwood floors at the Tully Hill house, the quality is poor at best. There were problems and concerns with the first attempt as follows. • Worker tracked dog feces all over the house off the bottom of his shoes. I witnessed this myself. When I said something twice, he finally went outside to clean his shoes off. • Workers used the new door handles on the closets and the bedroom doors to pull their selves up from the floor leaving gray stain on the hardware that we had to clean off • Workers put their stained hands on the freshly painted door jams and walls and left it that way • The floor was left finished with all sorts of debris, dirt and puddles of dried polyurethane visible to the eye • The holes in the hardwood were not filled as promised We called you and you immediately stated you would sand and redo the floors. I felt better when you said you would make it right. Well unfortunately, the second time was worse than the first. • There is so much debris it looks like sand was just thrown all over the floors and mixed into the polyurethane. You can feel the grit with your hands when you touch the floor • Someone within your company actually put polyurethane on the vinyl bathroom floor, which we had to replace. This cost us $175.00 • Puddles of polyurethane are visible to the eye in several locations • Polyurethane was spilled or something on a portion of the vinyl kitchen flooring which we had to replace. This cost us $350.00. I can’t in good conscious leave the flooring as you left it. I have contacted another company to come and clean up your
