I booked a reservation with the seaside vacations on 1/21/2024 for July 3-6 I paid half of the three night stay which was ******** and then canceled the reservations the next day 1/22/2024. on their website they stated that if canceled before may 4th of may I was suppose to receive back **% of every night I booked they gave me a refund of ***** . I called the seaside vacations on the 12 of Feb 2024 and complained about what had happen they referred me to their ****** which among other things took care of complaints .I called the number they gave me **** *** **** )and explain to a tech named ****** the situation he looked into it and determined that I was correct . He then said that he would have their refund dept. get back in touch with me(they of course never did) I informed him at that time that if I did not here anything about my refund by the end of the day from,t them that I would contract ****** ********. We rented a home from this business for our vacation for a total of ********** this property was filthy, with black mold in the air units, mold in both grills, nails and boards coming up on the decks, bugs/ants all over the house, that had not been cleaned, the microwave handle was completely off/broken when we arrived, etc. etc. etc.Business response

Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/09/07) */ I did hear from the company and they said the owners were unwilling to give me a refund. The company did submit the cleaning fee of **** and **** but I feel for a ***** home charge for 1 week that is insufficient. Given the black mold, health and safety hazards and filth in the home.
