I paid $551.50 on November 27, 2022, and $551.03 on December 22, 2022, for business services from Top Tier Financial & Business Solutions. They were hired to provide business registration, business review, and business credit-building services. ******, the owner, initially told me that it would take about 90 days and she would set up a call to get additional information, During that first 90-day period, ****** claimed that she had started working on my services and that everything was going smoothly (even though she never called to get additional information) but I never received any confirmation of anything being completed and communication was limited. Over the next few months, I continuously tried to get status updates on my services. Most times my attempts went unanswered. On January 21, 2023, ****** told me that my services would be completed on February 6, 2023, and that we would talk on that date to go over everything. I had a scheduling conflict and tried to coordinate a mutually convenient date but I never received a response. On March 5, 2023, ****** claimed that my business services were completed and that she would upload the documents. I never received anything. On March 31, 2023, we scheduled a meeting for April 7, 2023. Right before the scheduled time, she canceled and she also apologized for admittedly dropping the ball and my stuff "falling through the cracks". She asked if we could hop on a few calls in the following few days to get it fixed. I agreed but she never called. On June 26, 2023, I made a final attempt to resolve this issue with the business. I requested a refund and ****** again admitted to dropping the ball and said that she would issue a refund to me within 30 days. As of September 8, 2023, I have not received a refund.
