              I purchased a leather vest from this vendor for my daughter and myself for our father/daughter activities. I was charged $225 dollars for the vests and shipping. I made numerous attempts to contact the vendor about the product. I was never provided an order acknowledgment or anything to confirm the order, however I was charged. I have called, emailed, texted, etc.. countless times, no response. My credit union and Mastercard have been of zero help as well. It's not so much the money as it is the principal in this situation. There are also other individuals in the same situation as me. Someone needs to take action against this unacceptable behavior.

              On Monday 4/25/22 , after speaking with **** *. on the phone, I drove 30 minutes to Durham to meet with **** at his shop. I drove down Lost lane, down an alley to his tiny shop. We went over the details of what I wanted. When I did not hear back from **** regarding status of my wallet , after leaving a few text, and voice mail messages, I drove back to his shop Saturday May 7, 2022. He was not there. I knocked on his neighbors door to the left and they called ****. **** told them they can go into his shop and give me back my wallet. So I got my wallet back. I am glad I did not pay up front! I gave **** the benefit of the doubt. It was not strip mall shop, but I don't care about that I care about the quality of work which **** said he had years of experience working with leather. **** did not have the courtesy to call me to let me know he had not even started on the wallet. That is all he had to say " I could not get around to your wallet sorry about that". Because **** kept quiet, I unfortunately felt I had to warn others and write this review. He seemed like a nice guy too. Not professional at all!
