I returned an item I purchased February 3rd, 2024, on February 6th, 2024, as the part was incorrectly labeled as compatible with my vehicle. I have not received this refund charged back to my account to this date. I contacted the companies online support chat after 5 business days to verify that it takes 3-5 business days to process for the return to be received and I should have it by the next day, which would have been February 14th of 2024. After I checked my account for the refund and saw it was not present I filled out a form using the company's website in regards to the issue and was later emailed by a **************** Representative asking for information regarding the transaction, and received a follow-up on February 15th of 2024 stating the information was forwarded to a regional management team and I would be contacted within 24 business hours. I had also returned to the store location on February 17th of 2024 as I was not contacted on February 16th in regards to a refund, and was given instructions to contact a phone number that I had to leave basic information regarding the transaction in a voice mail and await contact again.At this point it will be two business weeks tomorrow, February 20th of 2024Initial Complaint

So I went To autozone to get my battery changed , got their and this kid begins to change the battery .... After everything is finished and paid for I then Proceed to start my car and leave but my car cranks but it won't shift out of park to drive and my radio won't cut on and my windows won't roll down ( all while I'm still in the autozone parking lot) I then sit and wait while they try to figure things out so 2hours goes by .... And still nothing but then the manager at the time then calls a customer to help get my car back running the customer gets it back running and ever since around sep to now my car kept doing that stop thing and freezing all the buttons on the inside I then Take my car to ***** and they tell me "the person that fixed your battery (autozone) broke a main component to the battery and that's why it keeps doing that .... So okay boom I call Autozone again state my problem and they file claim and don't give me a turn around time or anything I've been dealing with autozone for years I've never had this problem til now and a battery change turned into a 8,753.19 fix when I just Went for a battery the car is only a year old little miles on I never Even had a light on the dash til autozone in ********* messed up and all I want is for my car to be fixed back to normal and a reimbursement for the rental I just Bought
