I purchased a used vehicle from Morgan Motors about 6 months ago. I recently was late on my car payment but had sent and received messages with ******( lady that works as a secretary). On October 25th ****** notified me that the company had a new financing partner and that after a payment is 35 days late they would be picking up the vehicle. She asked for me to get in touch because as of October 25th I was 31 days past due. I sent her a message about the payment letting her know that the payment would not go past the 35 days and she should be receiving it very soon. Today my vehicle was reposesed. I am a single mother of a 13 year old child and I also raise my 2 grand kids 11 and 7. We are not rich and I can't afford to buy another car right now as I live month to month on survivor benefits from losing my husband to cancer. These people are not being fair or honest when there policy is that they will repossess your vehicle if its 35 days late but repossess early leaving a mother and grandmother of 3 school age children with no way to school,shopping,doctors dentists, ect... I need my vehicle and I am not past due with my payment but 32 days right now and they will not except my payment now. I payed **** dollars down and 250 a month for more than 6 months now. I guess now he will sale it and take another **** dollars from someone else and repo from them and before anyone can pay off the vehicle he will have made his money back for the vehicle 5 or 6 times. They are taking advantage of poor people and its not rightBusiness response
