    It was **** ** around **** when i enter the Millers and Associates Family Dentistry office no acknowledgement what so ever. it was as i did not even enter the room. i just picked up the medical information. I person did ask me for my Insurance card and acted like she was not going to return it. I mind you I was there at **** and my appointment was at ****. once the hygienist came and called me I at mite i was triggered I do not like being mistreated when i have to seek a service. then the hygienist began to tell me she did not have time to ********* ******* which that why I was there. that she will do what she can for me I said. I came here to ******* ******** and to get some *********** for my ******** ****** I was livid. i told them that they where wasting my time. and i felt totally disrespected. the only half way kind human was Dr. Miller he said you are not having a good experience and i said no sir. I felt that he was the only one who cared. The hygienist said I would have to reschedule at the front desk with the nasty female with blond hair. I told the Hygienist I needed ****** ******* before ******* *** *****. the front desk mean person said she can schedule me ******* i exclaim I need an appointment before. you would assume they would have way want to correct their error and schedule me in but oh no they further the insult by handing me my card and no even letting me know that she was done that office manager tried to make me feel like trash in actually she her self acted like pure trash. I will never go their again you can keep that group of trashing people.

    To Whom It May Concern:

    ******* ******* was seen in our office on July 20, 2022.

    As is the case with most medical offices, we kindly request that all of our new patients please arrive at our office fifteen minutes prior to their appointment time to complete the new patient paperwork. Mrs. ******* arrived fifteen minutes after her scheduled appointment time. She stated that her driver had trouble locating the office. After she completed her new patient paperwork, she was more than half an hour into her one hour allocated appointment time. We understand that these things happen, so we do our best to accommodate late patients.

    When our hygienist politely told her that we could still see her although we would not be able to complete all treatment originally scheduled - Mrs. ******* became verbally abusive. The verbal abuse towards our hygienist continued for fifteen minutes. At one point, Mrs. ******* was so loud and belligerent that we had to apologize to other patients in the building for her behavior.

    Strangely, after fifteen minutes, her behavior suddenly shifted. She started laughing and told the hygienist that she was "just testing" her since they have never met before, and that "she passed *** test". She stated that she had a lot going on in her personal life that was upsetting her.

    At no time did the patient mention to anyone in the office that she was touched without consent. As part of our training, we ALWAYS ask for a patient's consent prior to starting an exam.

    In her brief time at our office, Mrs. ******* was verbally abusive and threatening to at least two of our staff members. There are several witnesses - including patients and other staff members - that heard this abuse firsthand.

    We pride ourselves on being a family friendly, inclusive medical practice. We have gained a reputation in the community for our honesty, and gentle care for our patients. We categorically deny the accusations leveled at us by Mrs. *******, and we find her treatment of our valued staff members to be completely unacceptable.
