      Ive had this issues since I got the couch back in like November when they came to deliver my leather couch and loveseat they dropped both pieces of furniture in gravel scratched up the sides of both couches Ive asked and asked for a replacement they keep telling me 3 weeks and itll be here Ive heard them say that and I have the messages to prove it where they tell me it every 3 weeks then January hits and its like the 5th and the store manager of the Morganton store says hes gonna personally bring the set to me when it comes in I never hear anything its the end of February and I finally get someone to call me back after a month of trying to call after the 3 weeks was up when he said he would come out personally when I get the person on the phone they tell me my replacement that came in someone had forgot to call and let me know it was in and they sold it to someone else they told me to wait another 3 weeks they would order one online and it would be here Ive still yet to receive my replacement the only time I can ever get anyone on the phone is when my bill is due I try and call all day long but no one will answer but they can call me all day long when my bill is due I am not gonna be paying for a couch thats scratched up and not gonna be replaced this is unprofessional I run a cleaning company cleaning multi-million dollar homes I would never have someone pay me for my services and me not clean there house. And also and woman from a completely different store wants to comment on my ******** posts asking why I havent paid my bill that is also very unprofessional she also was messaging me on ******** which I have the messages and comments to prove it her name is *********************** she works at the lenoir store she shouldnt even be contacting me especially commenting or texting me on ******** like everyone can see those comments. Its very unprofessional.

      The Store manager has harassed me on social media by sending nasty direct messages and also commenting on pictures I've posted with my boyfriend and telling me about his and his mother's account when I'm not on any of the paperwork she's also disrespected my father in law blowing up his phone being nasty to him telling him about the account when he's not on it either she's also threaten me and my father-in-law on multiple occasions by saying she's taken papers out on my boyfriend she's also went into my mother-in-laws bank account on multiple occasions taken out money off a card that was not on file

      My name is ****** *** ******. I have been paying on two TVs 55 inch smart TVs and a chest freezer from Bestway and ****** ***** ********. I only had one problem was one of the TVs and they return the TV and I received another one. Up until this point I have not had any major issues with Bestway. I pay my notes on time. Friday, March 31 I noticed that they had taken out two TV payments and freezer payment totaling 258 and some change off of my debit card. The two TVs were picked up a week to two weeks prior to this after I had to wait over a week and a half for them to come get them. No one from Bestway had reached out to me about any problems with the return TVs. If I had not called about them, charging me the full price, the wrong price I would not have it heard anything from them. I am mediately called Bestway and spoke to Amanda she stated to me that the TVs did not work. Yeah, they worked when they were at my house a few days prior to them picking up the TVs I purchased TVs from Walmart to save myself money. Both TVs from Bestway or set in my kitchen along the wall behind my table, so that nothing would happen to them, and nothing did happen to them. No one from Bestway ever reached out to me asking what was wrong with the TVs or saying that the TVs did not work. the TVs worked when they left my house now what happened between my house and that’s why I have no idea. Amanda said she would speak to him and I assume she meant Austin and get back with me this morning. However, I decided to call and speak to Austin prior to waiting for her callback. Austin said after speaking to Amanda that the regional manager said, I am responsible for the two TVs. I am not responsible for the TVs because I have been paying insurance on all my items since I got them first of all second of all the TVs work when they were left my home I have witnesses that were here prior that morning and can verify and will testify that those items worked When they were picked up from my home. Bestway‘s manager Austin has said there’s nothing they’re going to do and I am criminally responsible for paying the remaining balance. I informed him I was not paying for the two tvs. He said see you in court this will be a criminal case. I also asked him to speak to the regional manager, as he stated that is not possible. I am for Mr. Austin to please schedule the chest freezer. I have with them to be picked up because I am not doing business with someone so rude. He said they will pick it up Wednesday.

      Good Morning,

       

                      This morning we received a complaint by mail. The complaint ID is ********, for a ****** ******. We did have and issue with this customer a few weeks ago in which she returned broken TVs. On first assessment, it was decided that she was still financially responsible for those TVs, but after further discussion with our regional manager we came to the conclusion that there was another solution to the situation. We followed through with the situation by confirming our options utilizing her insurance through our company, and reached back out to her after we’d come to a complete understanding of what we could offer her. Ms ****** was incredibly difficult and somewhat belligerent, and we did remain professional with her, and in her complaint she states that she was told she’d be taken to court. We do not throw those terms out loosely to customers, as that’s a serious statement. She was, however, thoroughly explained our initial position and different outcomes should she refuse to work with us to resolve the situation in a manner that didn’t negatively impact our business and our relationship with the customer. When Ms ****** demanded our regional manager’s number, she was told that it’s against our policy to hand out his information to customers like that, but she was offered our company customer service line instead. Ms ****** has been contacted by us and satisfied by our secondary solution, and the matter has been considered handled on our end.
