On 11/4/22 a verble agreement was made to do concrete work at 1550 yelton lane winaton salem nc. Upon which Carlos M******** was given $6000 as a deposited The work began on 11/7/22. It ended on 11/8/22 after only 10% of the work was done. After multiple promises to complete the work fell on deaf ears and he had moved from ********* to the ***** ******** area we were forced to get an alternate contractor. This resulted in costing us more.Carlos.M******** had worked for the new contractor. When we told him of Carlos's actions his comment was "is he doing that again" my wife is handicaped and needs a ramp to access the house. Carlos put my wife in a hazardous situation. CARLOS has no business operating system company in ***.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.We have not been able to contact Mr M********, despite trying for several months(unfortunately).
