I sent a rear shock absorber to Full Travel Innovations to be serviced mid October. I was contacted by the business on the first of November informing me the work was complete and I owed them $248. I paid them using my ******** card. I have yet to receive my shock absorber back. I have emailed them, called them, and text messaged them countless times. The first excuse I received was the owners mother attached the wrong shipping label and it was going to be late. This was on November 15th. I contacted the business on November 21st and asked for the carrier they used and a tracking number. I received no response. I called on November 27th, they texted me back saying that they would call. This never happened. I called again on the 30th of November, I got the same response informing me they would call but never did. I finally got a text message telling me the shock was on the way on December 1st. I asked for the carrier they used and a tracking number. I did not get a response. I waited two weeks and finally called them back December 15th. Same response was given. They told me they would call but never did. Since then I have been calling every day and leaving messages. I haven't received a response. I have all text messages saved on my phone and my ******** bill with the transaction with FTI. The phone number that I was exchanging text messages with is *** *** ****. I believe I was dealing with a man named Isaiah. Any help with this matter would be appreciated. Thank you. ******** ********Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
