Managers and finance was horrible. Sales rep was good and willing to work with me. Sold me a used vehicle with ongoing leak issues and worn brakes. Woyld not recommend

Do not use this dealship if you want your truck fixed. They can't even change brakes without having issues and if there is a problem will make excuses and will not stand by there product. Getting them on the phone is also a struggle and if you do there sarcastic and not helpful. When you spend almost 700 on brakes and have to pay someone else 300 to fix there s**** up that's crazy. Had someone else fix it no problems. They just kept saying it a caliper issue it was not it was cheap pads even though I paid for top their ceamci pads.

We were looking for a used car and found the perfect one at Capital Ford of Lillington. The salesman was great, the price was good, but that's not the impressive part--the manager did what he said he would do. Call me a cynic or a realist, but I don't usually believe someone when they tell me they will do something. ****** at Capital Ford of Lillington did exactly what he said he would do. The only thing holding ** back from buying this used car was a crack in the driver's side door window. ****** promised that he would have it fixed if we bought the car. In less than a week (had to order the glass from who knows where), the new glass is in the car and ********************* for the glass guy to install it our car was beautifully detailed! We encourage everyone to see the wonderful people at Capital Ford of Lillington!

My husband purchased a 2021 grand Cherokee L with 6k miles and had it for 1 day. The Fwd service light came on the next day while we was driving. My husband contacted a local Jeep dealership service team and was advised to have it towed immediately to the closes Jeep dealership. The service advisor said do not drive it to prevent further damages and for our safety. The Jeep was towed and seen later in the week by a mechanic. My husband was advised the front axle needs to be replaced and the actuator had issues. The Capital Jeep service advisor told him it will take a week to receive the part not including the repair timeframe. Capital Ford Lillington sales gave him a suv as a loaner but this will make approximately 2 weeks without the jeep he purchased. My husband contacted sales and stated he wants to return the jeep that’s in the shop or trade out. He was advised that he can not return the Jeep. We are still waiting to hear from sales about trading into another vehicle. The service tech should be fired for not servicing the vehicles properly before they are sold. We feel the safety of our family was at risk and threatened due to the vehicle needing to be towed immediately. We are continuing to pay on a vehicle that we do not have in our possession. This issue was unsafe and we just want to get another suv with certified conditions. Sales Manager J. Hamlin is the best and very understanding.He went out of his way to make sure our family was comfortable in a beautiful loaner. He is very good with communication but his service team should be held accountable. We hope to have another vehicle or full refund due to the Jeep only operating for 1 day in our possession. They have a recall on my vehicle took it to Ford per the recall letter and they have a delay on the part being delivered. Only gave me a rental for 4 days and now I have to pay out of pocket for a problem of their negligence. I should not be responsible for anything. Do not buy from Ford they are a ripoff to their customers when a recall is their problem.

Car has been at dealer for recall on transmission 5 different times and problem has yet to be resolved. Car has been at dealer for 3 weeks this time and has not been repaired. We need car back asap. This has been a big inconvenience and no rental was offered.
