Unfortunately, Finfolk sends lots of products that they do not check for quality control. And that is not even the worst part. They censor all their social media pages so anything negative said is removed and the user is banned. I have personally spent over $4600 on their products, and I have received tails with scales falling off out of the box. I also had to pay to join their "Pod Squad," then they removed me once I emailed them about a product that ripped. Every time I have reached out to them regarding a quality control issue, they have brushed it off, blaming someone else, and then not done anything about it. I think their issues are because the twins **** and **** are so young and don't have a lot of customer service experience. I also have a friend who spent over $30,000 in tails with them, and who was also banned because she spoke out against a tail she received that was not cured properly and was sticky. Uncured silicone is NOT safe. They will censor and shun anyone who even offers so much as constructive criticism, and this is not what a good business owner does.Review from Christine Z

I bought a product from them, had informed me would be shipped out in 6 to 8 weeks. Once those weeks passed with no word or package I contacted them only to be told 8 to 12 weeks due to over orders. Been three months, about 13 weeks and only meet with excuses. I believe this is a scam. Also even though they said they are overdue on orders they are still taking orders.
