      I hired the owner, *************************, to pressure wash my house, driveway, sidewalk and deck on 12-9-21.His was one of a few that I contacted. I never saw his website.Though he did a good job on most of the house, he did not clean the complete floor of the deck.He told me beforehand he could do one of two washes on the deck. He chose one and after he finished he asked me to look at it. I just went to my back window and never even opened the door. I looked out and saw the deck and it seemed like it was cleaned. However, I did not go out and look under the table, under the grill or the dog house. I just assumed he cleaned underneath them. I previously had another contractor come out and he asked me if I wanted him to move the things on the deck and I said yes. He gave me the same quote. But I went with ******, thinking he would do the same.When I later went out I noticed he did not clean the entire deck floor. His card says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. So I called him. I was very pleasant, until he got a nasty attitude. Saying I already had a chance to look at it. He stated his website will not move anything on a deck. I never saw his website. We had a few conversations before he ever came out, Plus when he looked at my deck he never mentioned he wasn't going to clean the entire deck floor because of the table and grill etc. He should have told me this in advance. I would have gone with the other contractor. The one who would make sure the deck floor was completely cleaned. For the same amount of money.I had an oversized cover on the chair in front of the table so I could not see when I looked out the window that he did not clean underneath the table. Or the barbecue grill which also had an oversized cover. He refused to come back and complete it. It would only have taken him a few minutes. He told me it cost me $150 to come back. Any good businessman would want to make sure his customers are happy. Instead he had a nasty attitude.

      After every job we make the customer go around the home to make sure everything  is to their satisfaction .she walked around the house and the deck. I asked her 2 times if everything was good to go .  We  then walk around to the back of the house to look at the deck .  she walked threw the home to the back porch she said everything looks good We even cleaned the gutters on  2 sides for free !  For free !! I also got red **** stain off 2 sides for free yes for free!!!    We are not a moving company I moved her dog bowls and the whole mess she had on the back porch.  Chairs inclued. The grill wouldn't budge so I left it where it set  the whole deck was sprayed and the mold will die. We did a soft wash and the deck was cleaned  it's stating on or ******** page and our site what we do and do not do!!       This lady found us on home advisor and we always make sure our customers "ok"  the work before payment always and before leaving !   I will take this lady to court if I have to due to this review I have pictures on my phone of before and after and I will be contacting my lawyer for further assistance on this matter. We clearly did what was expected she made payment and oked the work !! we do a minimal trip fee of 150 that's to cover gas and employees cost and wear and tear on vehicles. If this customer agrees to pay the 150 we will no longer contact our lawyer and we will clean what ever she says is dirty which isn't anything because the soft wash was performed which kills mold ! We would be willing to offer a  1/2 price future wash for this customer good till the end of 2023 that is my only and final offer to resolve this issue if not then she will hear from our lawyer very soon .   Gas has since went threw the roof and I will not come out for any less than our trip fee I will work with her and lower it to (100) and clean anything she my not be satisfied with.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I stand by what I said. He did not guarantee customer satisfaction. Because I am not satisfied. He did not walk around to the back and I just looked out the window as my pictures indicate. It looked fine from looking out the window. But obviously he wasn't going to clean underneath anything. I did not find him through his website or home advisor. He assumes a lot. Just his response tells you what kind of business person he is.

      I have pictures to show that he did not clean underneath. He didn't deny that he didn't tell me up front that he doesn't clean underneath anything on the deck, nor move it.

      That's the problem. There's no discussion of that beforehand. I had no way of knowing. He knows that's the truth. He wouldn't have a leg to stand on in court.

      But, I imagine his response will scare people from wanting to do business with him.

      I'm not satisfied with his response. But, no doubt, he will not do anything to make it right.

      I had a few conversations with the owner before I contracted with him to do the work. He never once said anything about not moving anything on the deck. He knew beforehand I wanted the deck cleaned. That doesn't mean partial cleaning was acceptable. The floor of the deck is probably the most important part that needs to be completely cleaned.

      As I said in my complaint, I had another quote for the same amount and they were going to clean the entire deck floor. It was just a given.

      I got the number for his business when I did a search for pressure washing in ******* It was one of several businesses that came up. It was just the name and the phone number. That was it. I didn't know anything else about it.

      When I looked out the window at my deck, I assumed he cleaned under everything. I think that's a normal assumption most anybody would have. 

      Unless it was discussed beforehand that it wasn't going to be done. We never had that discussion.

      He never disclosed that he did not move anything on the deck and that he would only clean around it, not under it. Which, of course means it's not a thorough job. If I had known that, I would never have contracted with him.

       I have the contact information right here via screenshot and right on the home advisor app.  (Lie number 1 by the customer) . Also   We go around with the customer and have them ok the work before payment and showed her the free work we done. Lie number 2  cleaned out her gutters for free .And we did a few small red **** stain Removal spots.  I did go around back bc we talked about  soft wash vs pressure washing and what the difference was and the cost difference and the condition of the wood deck which which was about to rot!! SHOWED HER THE *** IN PLACES AFTER THE 4 INCH OF P*** AND BIRD SEED WAS REMOVED FROM THE ***** AND SHOWED HER THE GREEN ********* . which she said the soft wash was fine . And explained that pressurewashing the deck in that condition would rip out the old wood and mess it up further due to the rot( lie number 3 by the customer.   Only thing I'm willing to do is if the customer provides the 100$ service fee which is normally 150 we will come clean what ever area she says we didn't!  And an additional 2 areas on or around the home. This is my final and only offer  the customer said everything was good to go. Walked around  She  looked at the red **** we took off , looked at the gutters that were clean and showed her the siding all along the home she oked the work gave us payment.  Which is job completion.  Lie number 4 customer staited we didnt move anything i moved dog bowls and other junk in the back deck  just to be able to access it chairs and  all. The deck is extremely small and there was no way to clean it with out moving chairs dog bowl and dog house !! Which was all cleaned under. The grill was not moved it would not budge due to the rust and debris caked on the wheels wish I had a before picture to show just how bad the deck was  4 inches deep in bird seed  and ****.we will not come out unless the customer pays the 100 service fee  we charge Willing to do the 2 other areas of cleaning if needed on the property to provide more vale.
