I took my van **** to get tires in Wednesday March 9th 2022. My husband told me to call ***** because he knew him from cutting his grass over summer. He had great recommendation. My appointment was set for 330. Not only was i t**** at 330 but i had to bring all my kids because their dad works afternoon. They did not even start on my vehicle until 530 and i didnt leave until 10 to 6. They changed my tires in the parking lot which wasnt a huge deal to me but when i started to drive home i noticed a huge shaking in my van that was not t**** before. Not a little shinning my whole van was shaking. I called my dad because he is a car guy just doesn't have the equipment to do tires. I took it to him and he put it up on the lift. My suspension and everything was sound but the shaking was still t****. I took it to ******* to see of the tires were an issue. Miholland never balanced my tires. We got the tires balanced and the shaking was still t****. So we went back to my dads put it back up on the lift and thats when he saw my CV shafts were snapped. They jacked my car up to high and dropped it to hard causing them to snap. We called and they had every excuse. I was driving with my kids in the vehicle and could have been in an accident if my dad had not found the problem. I have owned my van for 4 years with regular maintenance and never had a problem until i left miholland. I am not out over 600 dollars between balancing the tires and having to replace the CV shafts and all i got was well why didnt you take pictures before. Why would i take pictures of my CV shafts before getting my tires changed? I am so upset and just blessed that nothing happened to me or my children because of their negligence.
