On 11/18/22 Mr. ******* ********** with All Star Gutters came to my home and gave me an estimate of $1,720.00 to remove my old gutters and install new gutters. The gutters were installed on 11/22/22; and I paid Mr. ********** with check #**** in the amount of $1,720.00. It rained on 11/25/22 and 11/27/22 and the gutters leaked. I contacted Mr. ********** on 11/28/22 via text and advised him of the leaks and I provided videos of the leaks. He advised that he would be by the week of 11/28/22 to fix the leaks. He did not. On 12/07/22 I once again contacted Mr. ********** by text about the leaks and he advised that he would be by 12/08/22 or 12/09/22 to fix the leaks. Once again he did not. On 12/12/22, I once again contacted Mr. ********** via text bout the gutters and he did not respond. I placed numerous calls to him and he would not answer the calls. I left messages, but he did not return my call. On 12/13/22, I placed a call to Mr. ********** from a different telephone number and he answered. He advised that he would be by on 12/14/22 to fix the leaks. Once again he did not show. I called Mr. ********** on 12/15/22 and he did not answer the phone.
