Five starsfrom start to finish. ****** Landscaping was professional all the way. Everyone was friendly and helpful. **** developed a design that was just as I wanted with true artistry and the crew was efficient and creative. They used Native plants and developed a small water feature that looks like a section of a mountain stream. I cant wait till Spring comes so I can see the beautiful blooms.

WNL helped rectify my drainage issues while also adding a beautiful stone pathway and patio. To add to the new beauty of my yard they added loads of pollinator plants. The whole process was very professional, the workers on site were extremely respectful, everyone was kind and knowledgeable. It was clear they work as a team. I highly recommend them for all landscaping, drainage and hardscaping needs. My neighbors are just raving over the work!

There is a good saying that says that people will forget what you said, people will even forget what you did but people will never forget how you made them feel.Therefore, I am giving a 1 star review due to the business owner bullying me and attempting to shame me for lying and being a bad payer, whereas I pride myself in being a man of my word and always paying all my bills on time, as all my credit reports can attest. For perspective, the owner lost his temper for a difference of opinion about $800 while I had spent nearly $30,000 with his company. I will be doing more landscaping projects in the future but it goes without saying that I will give my business somewhere else. Needless to say I ended up paying the $800 upon hanging up despite how rude he was.

Apologies your expectations were not met regarding your final payment. We are always working to become a stronger and more customer centric firm. As you disclosed to our good folks there was an irrigation company on site after our team completed the initial project as agreed upon. It was understood they trenched, used machinery and did cause damage to the property. Of course it is fair for WNL to be compensated for fixing damage caused by others as agreed upon contractually. We did execute your projects as agreed upon in a highly professional manner, you even elude to those facts. Thank you for your feedback.

***** AND **************** husband and I engaged ******** Natural Landscaping to help us with a number of landscaping problems last Fall. We have a medium size lot with lots of trees, including 2 35-year old oak trees, very little grass due to shade from trees plus excessive drainage from neighbor's yard.. They met with us to understand our needs, provided a detailed quote, were extremely patient with us as we modified our requests multiple times to fit our budget. Pricing was very reasonable. They created a French drain down the entire side of our yard, dressed with beautiful river stones. In the front yard, they created a natural area encompassing three existing large trees, top dressed w/quality mulch into which they planted 5 Autumn Chiffon Encore Azalea bushes and 2 ***** Mac Hydrangea bushes. They also created a smaller natural area in the side yard, top dressed w/mulch, into which they planted a Tamukeyama Japanese Maple tree and 3 Pink Drift Rose bushes. In addition, they created a raised bed top dressed w/mulch along our side yard fence and planted 4 nice sized ********************* ****** bushes alternated with 5 six foot tall ************************ trees. Finally, they removed a large Maple tree, ground the *****, removed several large roots protruding from the ground, pruned 2 large pecan trees in back yard, raised lower limbs and pruned and cleared old interior growth of two 35 year old oak trees. ******** team carried out our project very professionally, answered all our questions and concerns, worked hard all day for several days and cleaned up behind themselves. We could not be more pleased and are looking forward to spring weather to finally see our grass growing and to enjoy our beautiful flowers and my new Japanese Maple tree! We highly recommend ******** and it's our intention to engage ******** again for additional bushes in front and other side of our house sometime this year.

Just a really great experience from first contact to having the job finished. Our backyard was a mess, the previous owners neglected it. We asked ****** Landscaping to come by and see what they thought they could do to help our daughters enjoy the backyard and not be scared of it! The ideas were great and they listened to us about what we were hoping to see. When the crew came out to do the job they were all very kind, and the lead spoke to us throughout the process about what to expect and timelines. At the end, everything looked great and we're all excited to have a functional and attractive backyard!

We recently engaged Wilsons Natural Lanscaping for the 3rd phase of landscape design and construction. **** and his team of pros as always exceeded our expectations. The office folks are amazing and pleasant. **** and the team of veteran men amazed as always. The team at Wilsons is also managing our garden at a high level keeping our investment thriving.Highly recommend these folks! Well worth the 3 month wait.

Wilsons Natural Landscaping Invoiced six times greater than estimate. They sent invoice of over ********* for shrub/tree trimming and some removal. They charge 85$ per man hour for every man regardless of capabilities. One would think an experienced man like an experienced estimator would have a better idea of what a job would cost. Buyer beware!!! Dont use this company! Plus wanting half of the estimate paid before any work done.

Facts regarding ********************* project. While on site with estimator ***** requested very specific work- pruning select shrubbery. Estimate only - not a set price for that precise work was 20 man hours.************************* contracted and verbiage was highlighted AND estimator made it clear to ************** that if he desired additional work while our team was on site we would gladly accommodate requested work and pricing would be performed by the man plus materials.************** loved the quality of work and requested/engaged our team of 4 highly skilled men for additional work- spanning 3 days and totaling over 130 hours including dump trucks, trailers, machinery, mini excavators and more. ************** fully understood all man hours rates and charges he was incurring. The team performed excellent work and ************** was fully satisfied. Upon receiving his invoice ************** complained that the cost was for more than the original ESTIMATED 20 man hours. Extensive discussions ensued detailing everything to ************** that he requested and precise man hours and detailed costing. He demanded we reduce the invoice to the original amount estimated. We refused.He then threatened to write this review if we did not comply.Lol!

My family has collaborated with Wilsons Natural Landscaping for the second time! We had drainage work engineered, a native butterfly garden designed and installed multiple large privacy trees. As always great communication, excellent execution and super folks building the project. **** and his team are extremely artistic and reliable. The team let us know they were about 3 months out at time of signing our contract. We can say they are worth the wait! We are planning to work with Wilsons again in the fall to tackle phase 3, creating our personal oasis!!Highly recommend.

Experience with ******** Natural Landscaping 1.Be prepared for Wilsons to keep your down-payment for several months, without updates on scheduling, before work is scheduled.2.And once work is scheduled, be prepared to be notified that work is scheduled almost immediately. In my case, I live out of town and was informed on a Friday the work would begin on a Monday. So, I was not home to oversee the project.3.Once you receive the contract with the names of plants, be sure to look up and view what the scientific names of plants look like. If I had done that, I would have made changes as many of the plants were the same of what I already hadwhich certainly did not require any unique design recommendation.4.I also learned that if a tree is removed within a key area (such as between bushes directly in front of the home), do not assume that Wilsons will make a recommendation in the design for a replacement. I now have a gap in front of my home.5.Wilsons Natural Landscaping strongly recommends that irrigation to plants be included in the quote. I totally agreed. I have irrigation, but I did not have to all the areas around my home and within my contract I agreed to install additional tubing to the areas of need.6.Now, this is the clincherWilsons installed the additional tubing but they never checked the tubing they installed for functionality or that it was working. I was informed by the owner ****, that it was because the tubing in the original beds had too many holes in it to check for functionality. 7.I was never informed that the original tubing had too many holes. If I had known, I would have arranged for the tubing to be repaired/replaced before all the new plants and mulch had been laid.8.The owner was very responsive to emails, but he never acknowledged my concerns. Therefore, I am a disappointed with the customer service I received and will never use or recommend Wilsons Natural Landscaping again.
