We always strive to do our best job and to satisfy every customer and are sorry that after all the work we have completed for this customer that he felt the need to leave an unfavorable review.
The Aqualimun light with mounting spacer was replaced in May of 2021, when we installed a new liner, replaced the sand filter and added a safety cover. The light pipe leak was not detected until 2022.
We are aware that a leak detection service had been called out many times in 2021, where leaks in the liner were detected caused by the family dog. No light leak (pipe leak) was detected at any of these times.
in April of this year, the customer's wife called to let me know a light leak was detected by a leak detection service and we came out to add putty to the light pipe to stop the leak. Weeks later, she called again to let me know the light pipe was still leaking and that the leak detection service was adding putty again. According to the review, the light pipe is still leaking.
We came out again on 6/11/22 to install ladder and handrail deck anchors and the light leak was not mentioned. The customer decided he didn't want the deck anchors installed but wanted the concrete cut and new anchors installed. Deck anchors had been discussed in early conversations.
The customer then demanded a refund for the service call in April, threatened legal action for the service charge refund and said that he would leave bad reviews everywhere.
We are sorry to lose a customer, but we are unable to come to a satisfactory outcome.
