    My husband was treat unprofessionally for quite a while at this establishment by a representative. We choose to write a review and end our business with this establishment. We a explained it in a letter, emailed and spoke to two different owners, also handed our keys back and they stated we would get our money back. Then they called the next day 3 different times after we had already told them we wanted no further contact we received an email. Stating that the owner needed to speak to my husband on the phone or they could not cancel. Then another one that said never mind we will just take care of it. Then another that stated if they didn't talk to my husband on the phone they could not cancel it. I brought it up to the owners attention again and we have a string of emails. Where he not only gets rude but sometimes threatening and demeaning towards us for being upset about the way we were treated for months. We over looked it and emailed back that he could call as He agreed to give us our money back if we finally answered the phone once again so he could confirm the cancellations. We agreed to a ************* for him to call. When we he did call he politely asked us to come in and cancel the account that there would be no further issues and he would cut us a check. We then get nasty messages on our private account about the situation from someone we don't know but has been at his establishment. We emailed him we don't want any further issues and can he assure of this if we come in. He becomes nasty at us bringing this up to him because we asked that our personal information not be given out. And there is no other way to connect us to our review. Except for them doing this. Now he is making it in possible to get our money back on top of giving out our information as we know he only wants us to come to further complicate this as he is upset and the person that was inappropriate was another owner. I would like to know what we can do? Every time we come up the a solution he changes it after agreeing. We even offered to mail something from the notary with consent in but he has refused that also. I don't think it is safe to enter this establishment without them causing some kind of. confrontation as they seem to want. I would like to know how to resolve this without any further in person contact with these people. I can't believe people are treated this way in a place of business.
