I dropped my bike off in August 2023 and just picked it up a few weeks around the end of February 2024! They have had my bike for 8 months no calls or anything the whole time they had my bike when I did call they lied to me multiple time saying they were waiting on parts like vavles and had to also send the head off for repair. Come to find out when I picked my bike up none of the work was done that they said they did so why did it take 8 months for them to lie to me. They also told me my bike was basically still broke and they didnt know what was wrong with it and told me they have other motor jobs they had to do so I'm bike would be there for another 8 months before they touch again that's crazy when my bike has already been there for 8 months. So they told me to come pick the bike if I wanted to and charged me 700$ for a broke bike and didn't fix anything on the bike. I took my bike to another shop got a diagnostic on the bike and there are so many things wrong with the bike that currie chainsaw claimed to fix and did not fix! I'm so defeated and very upset they took my money and gave me a broke bike back after 8 months!! I have a print out of all the things wrong with my bike after picking it up smh. I just want My money back! I called the owner to explain that I got a diagnostic and what he claimed to fix was not fixed and he hung up on me!! Which is very disrespectful I was nothing but respectful to this place when they had my bike.Initial Complaint

I took my Honda Pioneer 700 to this shop in Febuary 2021 to have repair work performed. I was told by the service manager that it would take a month or 2 to get the parts and perform the work. 18 months later my Honda is still in the shop and I'm still waiting for it to be repaired. I call the buisness atleast once a week and get the same story that it will be finished by the end of the week. I have no idea when they are going to finish the work but I feel I have waited way to long. This is an authorized Honda repair facility. I just want to get my vehicle back.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/27) */ We have this unit fixed and ready for pick up but have not been able to reach the customer after repeated tries. I t did take longer than usual for us to fix it because we had to wait a long time to get the parts and then the whole unit had to be disassembled, cleaned and rebuilt due to it having been submerged in water. As with many businesses, we are working with a smaller staff as qualified workers are hard to come by during these trying times.
