    I bought a car from this location at the end of 2022. I ended up selling the car in March 2023 i went back and looked at my contract from the dealership and realized that they added service (maint) charges to the total. so since i sold the car and do not own a *** any more i canceled the service since i am no longer own that particular car. So right after i sold the car i tried to contact the dealer to let them know. after two weeks of calling they advised me that i need to come to the dealership to sign off on it even though i live two hours away. So i drove the 2.5 hours to sign a piece of paper that i was canceling the service. ( Sold the car March 8th, ********************* from March 9th to the 24th before being told i had to come there Drove the mid April). Called last week on May 11th to see if they have a status and like usual the finance manager ignores the call and failed to return my call after i left voicemails.) I feel the dealership is out yo scam people out of there money and then will not give money that is owed back. So i don't know what kind of operation they are running but they scammed me out of $3400 that they charged for service contracts,

    If I could give this dealership a negative amount of stars, I would. Never have I ever dealt with such a lack of customer service. My husband and I bought our vehicle from here over 2 months ago and are still dealing with this place. First it was because we were waiting on a payment that was used to hold a vehicle to be refunded, which took over a week and numerous phone call reminders for them to even process, and now it's because we submitted a cancellation form to cancel our gap insurance and car service plan on the 5th of August and over 7 weeks later I found out that they never even submitted the cancellation form even though we've been told for the last 7 weeks by various employees that we'd receive our refund in 3-4 weeks, then 6 weeks, then 7-8 weeks. Thank god I kept the copy I was given so that we can receive our full refund, other wise we'd be out of luck. And forget trying to speak to anyone of importance in that dealership because every manager is either always on the phone, busy, or not there and doesn't return voicemails or messages left with the receptionist, and everyone else that works there "doesn't know" the answer to anything. They claim to be "so busy" but the 3 days we spent there trying to buy a car, most of the employees were standing around doing nothing. I wish I would've gone somewhere that wasn't going to cause so many prolonged issues and will never even think about buying another vehicle from here. Anybody that asks my husband or myself will be told to steer clear of this god awful establishment.
