If I could give this dealership a negative amount of stars, I would. Never have I ever dealt with such a lack of customer service. My husband and I bought our vehicle from here over 2 months ago and are still dealing with this place. First it was because we were waiting on a payment that was used to hold a vehicle to be refunded, which took over a week and numerous phone call reminders for them to even process, and now it's because we submitted a cancellation form to cancel our gap insurance and car service plan on the 5th of August and over 7 weeks later I found out that they never even submitted the cancellation form even though we've been told for the last 7 weeks by various employees that we'd receive our refund in 3-4 weeks, then 6 weeks, then 7-8 weeks. Thank god I kept the copy I was given so that we can receive our full refund, other wise we'd be out of luck. And forget trying to speak to anyone of importance in that dealership because every manager is either always on the phone, busy, or not there and doesn't return voicemails or messages left with the receptionist, and everyone else that works there "doesn't know" the answer to anything. They claim to be "so busy" but the 3 days we spent there trying to buy a car, most of the employees were standing around doing nothing. I wish I would've gone somewhere that wasn't going to cause so many prolonged issues and will never even think about buying another vehicle from here. Anybody that asks my husband or myself will be told to steer clear of this god awful establishment.

Terrible dealership. They offered to purchase my vehicle. Then offered to add additional money to trade if i purchased a new vehicle also . Once i decided not to purchase a vehicle they got upset and didn't want to purchase my car again also even tho the primary reason of the visit was to sell my vehicle to them. After wasting 4 hours of my time i decided to take my car and find business elsewhere
