I went to Blacks Tire on 07/01/2023. About a year before this I went to the Blacks Tire at ****************************************************************. I had Freon put in the air conditioner. They never checked for a leak. So I thought the air conditioner was working. Then here comes this year, so I go to Blacks Tire at ********************************************************************. I was told I needed Freon again, and that the mechanic put dye in the vehicle. The dye would show where the Freon was leaking out. The total bill was ******. Two weeks passed and the air in the car was blowing out warm. I contacted Blacks on Fayetteville Road, I spoke to ****. He assured me that I could bring it Saturday and someone would be there to check it. I went Saturday and was told the guy was not in to check it. That to call back the following Thursday. I called and was told the mechanic would not be in until Monday. I was told to take the vehicle to Blacks on Elm Street and explain the situation to them. I called the Elm Street location. The lady told me to bring it Saturday morning. I went there and I was told that no dye was put in the vehicle. I told them I could not take the vehicle back to the other Blacks location on Monday. I had to go to work on Monday. I was told it would be taken care of. About an hour later they said my vehicle was ready. I was told that the charge was *****. I was in shock, why was I paying again. I didnt say anything, I made up my mind to contact the corporate office and find out why. I called the corporate number and was told the person I needed to talk to was not in. This persons name was *********************** and the phone number was ************. I was told he would be in on Monday at 7:30 AM. I contacted this number on Monday at 10:00 AM. I ask to speak to him, I got his voicemail, I left a detailed message. This man never responded to me at all. I am so mad, this is uncalled for. I paid for a service three times. and still nothing has been corrected. I work hard for my money, I need help.Business response

In an attempt to communicate and resolve this complaint we have attempted to make contact with complainant on 8/30 and 8/31. At 8:30 at 4:23 pm, left voice mail on two different numbers that we have in our system. ************* and ************). We have also left messages on 8/31 at 10:25 am on both of the same numbers. We would ask customer to please contact me at ************ to try to resolve the issue.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I am at work from 8 AM to 8 PM. I am pulling double shifts. I was going to try and call them today. I cannot help that my schedule is hectic. When I am at work my phone is not on. I cannot take any calls. I tried to contact them about the situation, they ignored my calls. I left messages for them. They did not try and call me until I got you guys involved in this.I will try and contact them today on my lunch break, which is around 3PM.
