When calling this company, you get a voicemail that says the only way to reach them is to email them. I have emailed them for months trying to get the service stopped with no success. They are drafting the monthly fee of $29 from my bank account. I moved from that location on June 26th, 2024. I notified them prior to moving and after, by email. I want my money back that was taken out for July and August.Initial Complaint

I called February 23rd to cancel service as I have moved away. Spoke with a lady and cancelled. I was charged again for service in March. Their phone is answered by machine with a full mailbox, directing you to send an email to ********************** This is an invalid email.Initial Complaint

BusyBees Disposal was wonderful doing business with. No complaints about their service. As every one of the other complaints; I am not able to get in touch with this business to cancel their service. Cell phone mailbox is full. Can't leave message. Can't get in touch with them to cancel service. I moved August 1 to a new address & will need to establish service in ************.Business response

I spoke with ****** on Monday, September 12th. I canceled her service and we picked up her cart before she even contacted me about stopping service. The driver called in and said the house was vacant. She doesnt need service at this time because she moved in with her sister. There is no problem.Initial Complaint

I have emailed busybee twice now to update account information. I have called several times and just a voicemail to email them and you cant leave a message cause mailbox is full. I need them to contact me so I can update account information. This is ridiculous that you have to jump through hoops to just update account information.
