My debit card was charged $39.99 on 9/17/24 which was a from GlobalPrimeShop and was NOT a charge that I authorized. As a result, my bank now has to close my debit card out as FRAUD and I now have to wait 7-10 business days for a new debit card which is a HUGE INCONVENIENCEInitial Complaint

Bought an anxiety relief koala on 8/9/24 for $24.68 including express shipping. Shows up as awwco in email. As of today 8/25/24 I have not received package. Tracking seems to "update" generic information every two days. Going between ******* and *********** **********. Most likely this is a scam company from a foreign country, that doesn't realize ******* and *********** are very close together. Tried to contact company but could only place a "ticket", have been waiting for a response for a week now. This morning they tried to charge my card $33. I want to cancel whatever subscription they sneakily put in fine print because i have no interest in dealing with this company again! The website is one name, and company processing payment is a different one as well! Report them to your bank, credit card company or block them on cashapp! SCAM SCAM SCAMBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because: I paid for express delivery. They are asking me to wait for delivery on 9/6/24 which exceeds the time it was expected to be received. As stated in my original complaint I find the tracking information to be generic as it's been in transit between ******* and *********** back forth since approximately 8/14/24. Also this company has negative reviews regarding the quality and functions of the item.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 1/7/24 for 6 bars of brightening soap I saw on TikTok for a total of $37.95. On 1/17/24 I noticed I had been charged another $37.95 for a subscription charge that I never agreed to nor did I authorize them to save my debit card information and charge it. When I initially made the order they never mentioned anything regarding a subscription. Come to find out this business has scammed several other people.Customer response

At the time of purchase the seller didn't give me the option to a subscription, rather they signed me up then charged my debit card $37.95. They saved my debit card information without my permission. After research I found that this company has done this to several other people.Customer response
