****** CAUTION, CAUTION, CAUTION ******* MUST READ! We would leave this ** park a ZERO if the platform would let us. We were told by "*****" we need to reserve a spot at least a year early to visit this park so I did. 14 months before our stay!!! Unfortunately we can't be there in Oct of 2022 ( so I called to cancel 9 months early yesterday) and she said ( We are keeping $50 of your deposit) We called 9 months early to cancel and they are trying to charge us? We will be reporting this to our credit card company immediately!! We are shocked if this was 2 or 4 weeks before our sty I would accept that no problem but 9 months notice wow? If they do refund us I will remove this review but until then their customers need to know this. WOW - Avid Traveler wrote a review Apr 2021 1 contribution Deceitful Business Practice I made a reservation on the phone on Feb 6 2021 talked to ***** who was very helpful and placed my reservation for next October. She never mentioned a charge for cancellation. I cancelled couple days ago and they refuse to refund my deposit. I don't recommend anyplace that try's to keep your money out of pure greed. The reservation is months away, nit a couple days away. Most parks that do charge a cancellation fee may sometimes charge a small fee to cover paperwork etc which is understandable. USE CAUTION DEALING WITH FOLKS THAT TREAT YOU LIKE THIS!!!! THEY WILL GO ON THE BLACK LIST ON ALL THE ** FORUMS
