      Very shady business practices, if youve ever signed up for a membership and attempted to cancel I encourage you to check your account and make sure they arent continuing to charge you. I was charged for well over a year by this company.

      I was asked in December did want to purchase 3 car washes for $29.99. I accepted and little did I know was being charged $40 a month since December of 2022 for 5 months. On my bank statement it was misleading because I thought those were either gas purchases from ********** or Wal-Mart because I fill up alot either at ********** or ****** because of my commute to ********* for work. However paying exactly $40 for gas caught my attention. Even the the business doesn't allow you to contact anyone one phone unless their number is *************. I want my money back. I only used 2 of 3 washes I thought I paid for. If $40 is for unlimited washes clearly they can tell I haven't used them.

      Refusal to offer any compensation for a damaged part despite assurances to the contrary.I was led onto the rail by an employee after specifically inquiring about low clearance on the car. After the vehicle was stuck on the rail, I've was able to get the vehicle off the rail to enable the carwash to continue operation, removed the torn and bent under panel and drove off without any further interruption to the business. I was assured that some compensation will be forthcoming.Business refused to compensate.

      BBB Response to Complaint Case#: 104023
      This letter is in response to the BBB complaint (Case#:104023) filed by ***************************************.  The consumer alleges that **** Xpress promised compensation for alleged damage but then denied liability.
      *************************************** visited **** Xpress Car Wash at **************************************************************************, on July 27th, 2022. ********************* drove his **** Celica GT onto our conveyor around 5:00 pm on 7/27/2022. Mr. ********** vehicle was checked while it was on the conveyor, as a noise was heard, sounding as though the vehicle and the conveyor were touching. It was found that Mr. ********** vehicle was stuck on the track due to the suspension being lowered and the vehicle no longer being factory ride height. The staff members were unable to move the vehicle and suggested to ********************* wait before moving his vehicle until it can be lifted off the track.The customer quickly reversed the vehicle off the conveyor, releasing the vehicle and pulling off a metal aftermarket skid plate. 
      The customer and members of **** ********************** Car Wash staff pulled Mr. ********** vehicle to the side and lifted the vehicle to review the underbody damage. ********************** and staff unbolted the aftermarket piece, that was damaged, due to the lowered suspension and reversing off the conveyor. The customer left the removed metal skid plate at **** Xpress Car Wash and took the bolts, that held the piece on, with him. The customer completed a claim form and left the location.
      On July 30th, 2022, the Site Manager of the *****************************************************. **** Xpress Car Wash spoke with ********************** via phone and denied claim. **** Xpress has found we are not liable for any damages caused by aftermarket pieces such as metal skid plates, any aftermarket changes such as non-factory ride heights, and we are not liable for vehicles over 10 years of age.
      **** Xpress Car Wash has signage for all customers prior to entering the Car Wash tunnel stating **** Xpress is not liable for any damage caused by aftermarket pieces, changes, or vehicles 10 years of age or older. **** Xpress Car Wash has not accepted liability for this claim at any point and denies all liability in this matter.

      I was a assistant manager there and the old site managers were amazing when I first started and then after they left the whole site went down hill people were quitting due to how the new site manager was treating people and myself and talking down at us when we were asking simple questions and how the managers spoke about costumers after they have left the store or employees many times I watched the site manager get mad and throw things in the office/ the back room due to something not going his way and lied about pay as well to me , and after receiving a few texts from one of the managers in the group chat about me hoping Id would die due to my vehicle having issues and claim it was a joke our site manager saw and said nothing to him then I knew this was not the place for me, after not showing up due to feeling down and how they actually felt about me And I felt uncomfortable always then I got let go and on my right up it said useless when I was always there working very hard , they need to bring in people who actually know what to do and not just put anyone in the position of power as they do, there are many awesome site managers but store 318 is horrible due to poor management, and not wanting to deal with costumers
