Avoid these scammers with Buzz Away at all costs. I contacted them in March after hearing a scratching noise in my walls. ****** arrived within a few hours and told me it might be squirrels. Initially, I appreciated his friendly demeanor and sense of urgency (that's how they get you). After inspecting my attic, which is not the area where I heard the noises, he also told me there was evidence of mice. He supplied a solution and said if I could get the money to him by the end of the day, he could begin the work. After paying him almost $2,000, he started SOME work and laid bait for the mice over three visits. I was told that a tunneling system was installed and he'd be back in a week or two to do another inspection and remove it. I spent THREE months trying to get a hold of him to return. I'd schedule times for him to come and he wouldn't show. I heard every excuse under the sun - my phone fell off a roof, I don't have a babysitter, I have no gas, I ran long with someone else, family emergency, etc. I'm empathetic to a point, but after months of excuses, I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I gave it one final try in ***** after he told me I was "the priority." I asked for proof of the tunneling system and the work that was (allegedly) completed in March. All of a sudden, he couldn't track down any records despite telling me multiple times that he had photos. I absolutely believe I was scammed. I will post this review on as many sites as I can to keep others in the ********* area from making the same mistake I did by giving money to these grifters.

We contracted with Buzz Away 1 year ago to get rid of flying squirrels in the attic. We paid AJ $2850 for this service. The problem was solved initially, however, after a few months, the flying squirrels returned. ****** came out and attempted to fix the problem with poison bait, but this was ineffective. We have contacted AJ multiple times by text and email (at least 20 times over the past year) to no avail. AJ has no intention of following up.We contracted with this company based on previous positive reviews, however, the reviews over the past year echo our experience. Be forewarned, once you pay the initial fee, there is no follow up, despite what is stipulated in the contract. AJ had no intention of fulfilling it.Find a different company.
