      ****************** made his purchase, and selected Free Shipping.  Elite used *** Ground for this delivery, with ***.com Tracking # 1Z093V6R0307756006.  The customer has previously setup something called "My *******  with *** packages.  This lets the customer change the delivery address, request delivery without signature etc.  It also makes it so the shipper CAN NOT file a claim for a lost package.  The terms from *** is located here:

      Furthermore, the customer was informed of all of this.  After talking with *** over 10x times in regards to the package, *** was able to provide a picture of the customers package, showing the Injen Air Intake box sitting on the inside of the customers gate at the end of their very long private driveway.  A picture of both the *** Proof Of Delivery is provided as well as the picture of the customers gate and driveway.  Elite has tried to help the customer.  ********************** also asked the customer to file a police report so that the report and case number could be provided to *** to try and help further.  

      Also is a copy of the email chain with the customer.  ********************** remains professional at all times.  He also called and spoke directly with one of our customer service reps.  The customer was very adamant about getting his money back ASAP!  If the customer would like to send the item back in brand new/un-used condition than Elite will have no problem processing a full 100% refund to the customer as he was asking for.  ********************** shipped the customers purchased item promptly, with *** and provided tracking to the customer instantly.  The order was placed on April 5th and shipped on April 5th.  It was delivered to the customer on April 6th.  The customer called ********************** stating that he did not get his package on April 8th.  Elite has been working on this every day since trying to help the customer, but the customer removed the ability for ********************** or *** to help by signing up previously for the "My ******* *** Package program.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      I Spent $364.00 with ELITE RACE FAB. And Never Recieved what I paid. So they just took my money and I recieved nothing. That's injustice and ABSOLUTE Wrong

      Business lied to me. They said the item was shipped. They gave me a tracking number for Fed Ex. fed Ex said the item was never even received for shipment. They only printed out a label. The package has not been shipped or received. When trying to cancel my order, Eliteracefab responded saying that they cannot cancel my order due to it being shipped which it never was shipped.

      This item was delivered to the customer.  It shows on their porch with ************ ***** denied the shipping claim, as they agreed that this was 100% delivered to the customers address.  We told the customer that once it was delivered that they could send it back for a refund minus any shipping or restocking charges.  The customer paid for Extend Shipping Protection, and that shows the customer filed with it and received a payment from Extend for the item total as well.

      I purchased an item that was not need by mistake. The company requested that I send it back. The item has been returned to the vendor but I not receive a refund. I called and talked to customer service and the representative said they would process the refund. That was on 10/30 It has been two weeks and no refund. I ask the representative where did my package go. He said back to the vendor. Elite has my money and the product. My order no. Was *****

      March 6, 2023 I ordered spark plugs and oil for my truck. Eliteracefab sent the oil and the wrong spark plugs. they sent plugs for a **** ****** ******** not my 2009. I returned the plugs and they have not sent me my $48.00 dollars. I have called several times and sent emails. A month ago they said the check was in the mail and i never received it. Send $48.00 to my address. Order # ***** Plugs: *** **************** ***** ***** *** ** * ********** Total for oil and plugs $119.36 (Plugs were $48.00)

      I ordered two leaf springs for a truck on june 22nd 2023 it is july 28th and i have not received the second one and the company has not messaged back after 2 message and one being over a week ago another a couple days ago they claim they answer in 24 to 48 hours i have got no refund or response about my item the item cost around $221.00

      In November of 2022 I purchased an Item from Elite Race Fab for 235.05. The item I purchased was the wrong item, (not what I ordered) I contacted them, and they requested photo's of the item to verify it was not what I ordered. I sent them photo's , and they agreed it was wrong. They then sent me an RMA to return the item. I verified that it was delivered, and contacted Elite Race Fab to verify they received the item and have an Email confirming they did. I next requested that they issue Credit back to my credit card and they said they would, but I never received anything. After that I turned it over to my credit card company, now 8 months later they are telling me the Elite Race will not issue a credit back and the case is closed. Leaving me with nothing...

      I have heard from the business in response to my complaint. The last response was on 8/03 and they will get would get back to me next day.
       It is now 8/07 and i have heard nothing from them, so i am sending them another email to find out what is happening.

      I ordered a ***** ****** cat-back exhaust system for my 2*** ******* ** on 7/1/23. The item was listed in stock and would ship within 3-7 business days. Well, it’s been over two weeks now and they still have not provided me with my tracking number. I have emailed them at least (12) times now as well as I have called multiple times, but still nothing. This company doesn’t reply to emails, much less answer their phone. I feel that I have been taken and that I will never see my order. Remind you that I spent $2,200 on this order, so this doesn’t sit well with me. I can’t believe this place hasn’t been shut down yet!! I called my credit card company to dispute this charge because I feel this place is a total scam. I should have checked on BBB reviews first before I placed my order with this business, which claims to be “vet” owned? This company is dishonest. I hope that my credit card company wins this case, so that I move on from this nightmare of an experience

      June 15,2023 , Ordered an Exhaust System from this company stating 3 business days delivery ! Still no Product ! Received an email wanting a copy of my Utility bill, Credit card Copy and Other Personal Info ! B4 they will send my Prepaid Product Wich the Bank Has Paid !!!! SCAM ! Shut Em Down !
