I had a large order 3 months ago and just unpacked it. I was short some plates but figured it was to late to complain so I logged on and ordered new ones. I entered my payment but also a note.They had the integrity to not charge me and sent the plates without charge.That tells me a lot about themReplacements, Ltd. Response

I sent a set of ******* to this company that they agreed to buy. They said the items all broke and that 1. I could not file a claim with ***** IF I were to ship the broken items back to myself. This was a lie ***** said. 2. I got my items back and a piece was MISSING and they said IT SOLD. So they are claiming your items are broken and that you CAN'T GET THEM BACK IF YOU WANT TO FILE A CLAIM and then SELLING THEM. I have receipts and everything in writing to this end. It has taken a tremendous amount of my time up catch them in this and they flippantly venmo d me $12 to cover it up.Replacements, Ltd. Response

Our goal is to earn the trust of our selling customers, and we regret any situation leaving a customer dissatisfied. We have provided to the BBB the email correspondence between us and this customer. Based on the emails exchanged between us, we understand that we have treated the customer fairly and as agreed to in the Terms and Conditions of our Offer to Purchase. Among other things, our terms state that merchandise you ship or deliver to us is at your own risk, and there is no guarantee of purchase by Replacements, Ltd., that if your merchandise arrives at Replacements, Ltd. after being damaged in transit, we will notify you and hold the merchandise for 60 days, during which time you may file a claim with the carrier and/or you may send a carrier to pick up the merchandise and return it to you at your expense, that offered prices are for mint condition pieces (items with no damages), that we do not file claims with carriers, and that ANY CLAIM FILED WITH A THIRD PARTY CARRIER IS A CLAIM BETWEEN YOU AND THE CARRIER. Again, we strive to serve each selling customer fairly and regret any customers inconvenience.

I sold a dinnerware set to you folks and received a check in the mail about 4weeks later which was great. However, I sent another set of dinnerware and received a receipt for it via email and about 3 weeks later I got some of the plates back which you folks did not purchase. Im giving this company a 1 star because it has been 4 months now and I still havent received my check for the second set. *** contacted the company over half a dozen times and they keep telling me theyve reissued the check. However I still havent received it and Its taken a lot of my time. Ive been trying to get a hold of you folks and everyone Ive spoke with keeps promising my check is coming. Its been 4 months and Im still waiting. Its very frustrating and disappointing. I will not be selling any more of my china going forward.Replacements, Ltd. Response

Paid a large premium to get two out of production coffee cups. Eyes wide open, accepted the cost. Items were very well packed and appeared brand new.But...one of the cups was cracked, apparently an internal manufacturing defect.Replacements.com refused to replace the item.Apparently I paid for full risk, as-is products.Better service from strangers on eBay.Never again.Replacements, Ltd. Replacements Ltd is a rip off and very dishonest. They will tell you, without providing supportive documentation or pictures, that never-used crystal, and china used less than a handful of times, has excessive scratches and cracks. They will try to buy the items from you for at least 25% less than the originally quoted price due to the excessive scratches and cracks. Again without providing documentation or pictures to support their claims. I would stay away from this company, very dishonest.Replacements, Ltd. Response

Dear Ms. *****, We regret the experience did not meet your expectations. We are returning all of your crystal, as you requested. The scratches in crystal typically do not show up well in pictures. Our inspection takes place under very bright lighting. We purchased all of the china pieces and paid for the damaged china, since it was below our claims processing threshold. We do not take pictures of items when we pay for them, since we are not processing them as a claim. Again, we are sorry if your experience was not a positive one. They have Wedgewood Gourmet mugs listed for $199 per mug. Look for yourself online. They currently sell for $58-70 from private vendors. This company is way overpriced.Replacements, Ltd. Response

Dear Mr. *********, We appreciate your feedback. We would like to point out that the $199 mugs are for the MUGLG (large mug), as opposed to $159.00 for the regular size MUG (mug) in Wedgwood's Grand Gourmet, discontinued in 2006 and increasingly difficult to find. In Wedgwood Gourmet (a completely different pattern), MUG (mugs) is $59.99, which is likely the pattern to which you are comparing online pricing. This is the kind of typical gaslight comment from this company. I have been in this business for over 30 years. The Wedgewood large mugs they sell used for $199 can be bought online for $58. Period. This company’s business model preys upon those who have lost, broken, or chipped items in their collection and then charges a nearly 500% markup. I have used this company twice in the last few years and on both occasions I received exactly what I wanted. Both times Replacements, ltd was the only place where I was able to find an old china pattern from my grandmother. I ordered a five liece place setting with a 6 inch teaspoon. When it was delivered I was sick with covid so didnt check my order which would have entailed me measuring the teaspoons to see their error. I have been a loyal customer for years and bought numerous things. With covid entertaining was minimal, so no use to pull out the set. When i did a couple years later, i found replacements had subbed in the 5 1/2 teaspoon for the six inch. They will not exchange it. I paid $67 for it, and their response was they would buy it back from me for $9!!!! What a bunch of crooks!!! Buyers BEWARE!!!!Replacements, Ltd. Response

We could grant some grace around 30 days, We do make every effort to correct our mistakes, within a reasonable amount of time.
