Literally the worst possible place you could take your animal!!! Place is spiraling pit of disorganization, unprofessionalism and incompetence. Every member of the previous staff (which was wonderful) has left. Poorly trained vet techs caused severe infection in my cat, by doing procedures they shouldn’t be doing alone/ without a vet, and with no communication with the vet! However they lead the patient to think that vets are involved in the procedures! Appointment booked with specific vet for elderly cat-Yet when appointment arrives a different vet walks in. With no previous history or knowledge of care. No notice or call to patient to inform of the change- Owner/vet sold practice corporate entity- Quality of care plummeted! Then that vet even left because it was so horrific. Change policies and prices with no informed consent. They do not care about your animals! Go anywhere else!!

Chose another Vet !!!! 3 different ppl on different days gave a different amt for a dog to be shaved. Finally we get a final quote $365 AFTER paying $69.00 to have her evaluated for this service. History of dog - stray that my mom of 90 years fed. No one can catch her but mom passed away and we finally were able to get her in a car to move her to new home, stopping on the way to get a Rabies vac and ANTI ANXIETY meds due to her insecurity & fear of everything! She is a stray so of course no prior history of vaccines but because she would run we have not been able to get her the care needed. I was told by Mebane Pet Clinic the groom would be $75 + sedation as what " we asked for" as we knew she would be scared of the clippers but they said we needed to bring her in for exam "prior to" making the appt. We did that. Now we received Final quote of $ $365.91 which billed for "ANOTHER EXAM"+HOSPITAL FEE + 2 VACCINES + sedation+ medical body shave which was more as groomer could not do (all of which we were fine with) If we had known this service would be $434 we would have gone a different route. We were under the impression that $200 or so would be a fair price in addition to the $69 already paid. The manager I spoke said they had to "give another exam" prior to shave hmm? another $69.00 FEE - plus all these other charges. If this was the case why could the exam not be done on the SAME day to avoid double charge? The manager was RUDE , kept talking on top of me stating it was not over $400. She needs to check her math $365 + already paid $+69.00 = $434 she stated gold standard ??? that would start with accurate pricing and courtesy to the customer . once I told her I was going to write a review she said "make sure you tell them she is not up to date on vaccines" well lady let me inform you that we are trying to get her care but it sure Won't be WITH YOUR VET.... I don't spend my money with someone as rude as you and can't give accurate pricing !
