      I have ordered over $800 in clothes and shoes from her and did not get my complete order nor a refund. She closed her business down with out filling orders and refunds. Im out $220 from one pair of shoes I ordered in August 2022. She even admitted she owes me $$ or get me the shoes. Shes lied multiple times. I have tried to reach out over 17 times.

      Online boutique- I made 2 purchases on November 21, 2022. 1st item was paid in full ($97.50) and the 2nd item was broken down in ****** payments totaling approx. $204. I was assured both purchases would arrive before Christmas. I checked in with the owner on December 14,2022 and was told order would arrive by December 16,2022. On December 23,2022 I was told the order arrived and she would mail them to me priority shipping. I haven’t received order or response to my many requests since. I have attached screenshots of my requests to owner of business through facebook messenger.

      I placed 2 orders on 3/12/21 and 1 order on 3/14/21 that were Pre-Orders that were supposed to be shipped within 6 Weeks. I messaged the company around the 8 week mark to find out where these orders where as I had not been updated. I was told that this was an estimated time frame but they should arrive soon. On 7/2/21 I reached out via text to find out about these orders. I was informed that they were in contact daily with supplier. On 7/27/21 I once again reached out to find out info. On 7/28/21 I received a response that they were sorry and that she would refund my money immediately. On 7/29/21 I asked how long the refund would take and she replied 5-7 days. On 8/19/21 I had not received my refund so I reached out again only to get excuses. On this same day I received notification that 2 items had shipped. I once again sent a message about this concern, she replied she sent a refund. I request proof of refund and she has since stop responding.

      Business Response /* (1000, 15, 2021/09/20) */ This order was a pre order and as mentioned in the description there is an ETA but it's not always accurate. We also inform the customers in our Return policy listed all Pre Orders are non refundable and we will only issue store credits. I did make an exception and issued the refund. I kept in contact letting her know the status everytime I was updated. Two of her bags came in and were promptly shipped to her and she did receive them. As far as the 3rd bag I did issue a refund and have the proof of the refund issued to the customer. Consumer Response /* (3000, 17, 2021/09/23) */ As stated by the business owner she did make an exception and said she would refund all 3 orders, but I never received said refunds. Instead she shipped 2 items of which I do not want since it has taken 6 months and the ETA was 6 weeks. I want to ship the unopened order and receive the promised refund on all 3 orders. She has stated she has proof of refund but has never provided the proof of refund. As of 9/23/2021 I have NOT received a refund for the order #**** in the amount of $254.69. If a refund has been issued then I would like to see the so called proof that she continues to state she has but has not provided it in a text to me nor in response to this complaint. Please do the right thing and allow me to return the unopened shipment and refund all 3 orders as you had promised on July 29, 2021. Have some integrity and honesty in business and follow through with your word.
