I sold my home in April 2022 and was using stallings services at the time. I paid off any balance and notified them I would not be continuing service in my new home and also provided the closing attorney information. I notified them well in advance to remove the tank when its empty or do whatever they needed to do to close my account. (I have emails as evidence). In December 2022 I received a bill from them. I called and told them I had not lived there for close to a year and had requested the account to be closed 8 mo the ago. I told her I would pay whatever I needed to pay to remove the tank if necessary and be done with it. I was told I did not need to pay anything, they corrected the problem and would update the account. I just received another bill in January **** (2 years now after asking them to close my account). The bill is for the EXACT SAME THING THEY CLAIMED TO BE RESOLVED last year-Minimum Usage Charge $95.46. I would like them to remove the balance, close my account like they claimed they did and stop sending me bills. I dont own the property-I do not want to be associated with the propane tank. I paid off my balance 2 years ago and asked that the account be closed and was told I didnt owe them anything. I reiterated the question, is there any action I need to take to ensure the account is closed and the tank removed, etc, and was told no.Initial Complaint

I changed propane company in mid august and have asked Stallings several times to remove their tank as there are children in the area as of 10/20/22 they have not responded
