I've been living here for just about a year unhappy since the day we got here and was moved into a ***** infestation. I never received my refund for the time from June 21st to July 1st that I couldn't stay there for. Now I've been dealing with realtors to get into a house with nothing but problems from the front office. So I outed them for firing companies to higher family and now they are trying to give me an eviction notice with a violation on it that has never been mentioned before. I was given a renewal notice on May 10th in witch I didn't sign and on May 22nd a corporate lady was able to assist me with the paperwork needed and then on June 5th at 9:15pm I received the vacate/eviction notice saying I need to be out by end of my lease and that i was in violation of article 21. I want that removed. There has never been any issues with my family at this residence.

The ******* family was originally supposed to move in on June 21, 2022.  Before arrival management informed the ******* family the unit was not able to be moved in. The ******* family was placed in the *********************** with costs covered by VRG.  Please see attached receipt below.  We also had pest control spray and treated her unit on a bi-weekly basis, until she requested they come on their normal schedule.  The ******* family moved in officially on July 1, 2022, at that point all charges were the tenant's responsibility.  There were credits applied to the tenants account on July 11, 2022. Please see the attached ledger below to confirm.

Prior to VRG purchasing Liberty Pointe Apartments ******************* was promised a replacement in her kitchen appliances due to the pest issue that was in the unit prior.  I started employment with VRG on July 11, 2023.  Working with ******************* and all of the issues she sustained prior, I worked with my Regional Manager, and we agreed to replace the stove and dishwasher in the ********* unit.  We also replaced the shower heads and addressed water marks described in the tenant's bathroom.  Mrs. ************;had no further complaints.

All rental verifications received to me and to the Assistant Manager were answered the instance received or in an appropriate timeframe. Please see the attached emails stating contact with ******************* to the instances we did not receive requesting from her that she reach out and resend the verification.

All lease renewals are sent out between ***** days prior to a tenant's lease ending.  A lease renewal was issued on May 10, 2023 to both Mr. and ********************  Two reminders were sent out to the tenants regarding the lease renewal.  *******************, came into the office on two separate occasions between the span of three weeks raising her voice, yelling and threatening myself and **** regarding a situation between two other tenants.  We informed her we were unable to discuss the situation with her.   She became hostile and irate and we asked her to leave.  ***** consulting with my regional manager and the corporate office we did cancel the renewal and issue a non-renewal due to the violation in her lease under Prohibited conduct.  Corporate did speak with ******************* a few times regarding the issued non-renewal.  There was no formal eviction filed on the ******* household to remove, and she was informed of this.

I am rejecting this response because:
I was never told that I couldn't move in until the first of july. I was there with my moving company on the 28th of june in witch they had no choice but to put me and my family in a hotel with the roches that were crawling on the walls. I was never reimbursed the full $466 for the remaner of the month of june that i did not stay there. They also tried to tell me because they paid for the hotel that is the reason they only credited our rent account a little over $200. The dishwasher was replaced before we moved in because that was where the major infestation took place. The stove was disgusting and i was told it and the refrigerator would be replaced before I moved in and never was. The stove was replaced in August but the refrigerator never was. As for the water marks in the bathroom, I have no clue what that is. My ceilings threw out the whole apartment were never painted. The white paint was brown all around the edges of the walls in every room. Yes my plumbing was changed in every bathroom thanks to ***** and **** the maintenance guys because there was no pressure. Should had been changed before we moved in. Again there was never proof of any kind of threatening behavior from me nor did I threaten them. The fact that there was a marine downstairs that thought it was a good idea to wave a gun around at another resident at 3am after having a police report for disturbance and is still living there is the reason I went to the front office with my concerns for me and my family because I also had an issue with the same marine 2 weeks earlier. He is ******(the leasing adjent) boyfriend so he gets special treatment. There were never conversations between me and corporate after ******* at valor Residencial in the corporate office did the front offices job for them. I did get my lawyer involved and a letter was sent to all that they violated ** state laws by accepting my rent payment for *** and June if they didn't want us to resign on another lease. This insedent she is speaking of also happening in April so why would I even get a renewal if that was the case. Glad they did the residence one favor by firing the boyfriend that was mowing the complex not doing his job and highered a reputable company other than that nothing has changed. It was h*** from beginning until the end. Extremely glad to be out of there.
      Sincerely,

      *************************

When I first moved here they told my husband and I our apartment had a bug problem. This was right after we signed the lease. If that doesn’t tell you they’re money hungry I don’t know what will. Months later they allowed us to move to a new apartment. I thought my husband and I would finally get some peace. Now we have a neighbors who constantly plays music or blasts their tv to the point of where we can’t even sit in our own living room without their noise.I also work from home and am constantly on the phone or in a meeting so I need it to be quiet when I work. The landlord does nothing about that it YET it violates the lease. We get an electric allowance every month but we aren’t able to see our electric bill. The one time I asked they refused to show me. Then last month they posted our electric bill on the 6th….yet they want a payment the first of the month. They changed it to make it seem like it was posted on the 1st which is crazy. It’s not the 4th and our electric bill still isn’t posted. No one in the office responds and other residents can confirm this. We go through staff like it’s a fashion trend. No one stays here and they just don’t care about their residents. If they did they would actually be present during office hours and not ignore emails. I attached photos of some of the emails they ignored, what our lease says about our electric bill as well. I don’t understand why we are being treated like this when we are paying to live here!!!
