      To keep things concise, I purchased a large order (around $380) of live ***** from the seller. The seller informed that one of the purchased corals was not doing well and asked if I would consider waiting for a replacement. We set up a new ship date with the understanding that the seller would send photos of replacement due to high variation in ***** prior to shipping. Seller did not send any photos of new item prior to shipping and then further, shipped the corals out on a completely different day than decided on. I was only alerted by *** with a drop off notification while at work. Unfortunately, this meant the package sat out on the porch until I got home and resulted in the corals dying before I opened the box. And unfortunately , their doa policy only covers a few hours after delivery. The seller reported there was a family medical concern that caused this issue, which I can totally empathize with my partner has a chronic illness. However, there was zero further communication from them and they did not offer to refund the shipment or sent out a replacement. I am currently in the process of working with external sources to get a refund after communicating has ceased with the seller. They have denied any replacement or refund. This is the first time I have taken the energy to actually report a business to BBB.. but this experience has been very unfortunate. I have seem similar experiences, in my opinion, aggressively shot down on the forums by the seller and would like to see this trend documented in a more formal way like this site.

      I'm sorry to hear that you're frustrated with your order. Unfortunately, like I sent to you prior message. I do apologize for the inconvenience of us sending us out on the wrong date. I was out of town due to a family emergency and this got shipped to you. You have already tried to do a chargeback with Paypal but that did not work and paypal sided with us because you were not able to provide any evidence or pictures of the dead ***** you claim. So unfortunately, we are not able to provide a refund or replacement without proper documentation per our policy.

      I appreciate the response unfortunately, after doing some research on various forums, this seems to be a tactic previously used with customers. It seems fairly routine for you to manipulate and twist the truth to, quite strategically, paint yourself in a positive light. Even in a documented forum which is interesting.
      If nothing else, I am glad this is being documented in a public space. PayPal did not side with you because you sent photos verifying any accuracy of shipped product they did not have original photos to compare to so that is a false claim. They sided with you because their policy only covers items that are either not shipped, or missing items. Since you technically did ship the product, their coverage is void. And frankly, I was actually referring to a fraudulent charge back case I am in the process of filling through my bank. Not the PayPal dispute. As previously stated, the manipulative ways in which youve conducted yourself throughout this exchange is unfortunate, and I am not making this claim expecting any sort of settlement between you I. I am simply documenting so others hopefully choose to have a different experience with another company.

      I purchased a ***** from this vender online. What I received was clearly a different *****. Colors and shape were different. There was communication and dispute which did not get resolved. Also the issue I am having at this point is that the vender tried to intimidate me by saying that he will share the screenshots of our communication and let all other ***** venders know about me, which I feel violates some form of privacy law. I do not want a business to disclose my personal information.

      Hello,

      This is a clear sign of buyer's remorse. This buyer bought a ***** from ** and received it. After a few days, he did not like the ***** and ended up filing a dispute that he did not receive the *****, even though we had already shipped it to him. We are in no way going to spread his personal information anywhere. But he is doing chargeback fraud.

      I am rejecting this response because: the item received is not the correct item. Can you please review the photos of the ******* received? Can you honestly say that this is the same ****** OG holy grail torch? If you were the buyer?

      Hello,

      Just to go in depth of this item.  As a photographer myself, all photos and items will look different depending on lighting, angle shot at, and so many other factors. The photos we shoot online at and even described to you was a canon camera t8i w/ a 100MM macro lens. The corals are shot all under 20k blue spectrum w/ an orange filter attached to the macro lens. So unless, these are the same conditions, no two photos will look identical. It's like taking a picture of an apple under the daylight and then one in the moonlight. Of course, the colors will look different and depending on angle shot at. 

      I tried to explain this to you through messenger, but instead of waiting. You just decided to do a chargeback. I run a small business and don't have much staff so I do apologize if it does take me a few days to respond. I told you since the beginning, that I would make it right if this was not the correct item. I value customer service and was willing to do everything in my power to make it right. But when you do a chargeback, I can no longer help you as this is considered fraud on your end.
